Paula2571
If I don’t want anything on the menu can I order something that’s not on the menu?

barjpoe
look to see if there is something on the Kids menu that you might like
Pooch
Unfortunately probably not. If there is a night you don’t want anything on the menu, either buffet or specialty restaurant would be your options. Remember you can make a meal out of appetizers too. I love the crab cakes & will order 2 with a starch and a veggie as my entree.
wordell1
Try something. The are plenty of choices each night and you can always pay a little extra for the Chops filet, or the Maine lobster. Worst case scenario, you can go to the windjammer, or Sorrento's after dinner. ChessE4
Pattycruise
If you have a dietary restriction (ex. Gluten free) the wait staff will work with you, going over the menu for the next day and taking your order ahead of time. If there’s absolutely nothing you like on the menu maybe carry down a plate of food from elsewhere so you can eat with your table mates
MaryCS62
The only "non menu": item was a grilled chicken breast, which is now apparently available instead of whichever other chicken item is on the menu that night. Otherwise "requests for items not on the menu can only be made for allergies or dietary restrictions" - or something like that PPPJJ-GCVAB
WAAAYTOOO
Sometimes there are options for an Indian dish that is not on the menu but I have never tried to order this as I loathe curry...but I have read of others who ask and are served an Indian dish from off the menu. If this is something that you might be interested in, @Paula2571, I recommend discussing this with your server on the first night to see if this is an option. cedricmr
cedricmr
Yes, sometimes Indian dishes are not indicated on the menu. You have to ask the waiter. There’s always good Indian food! We eat it every cruise DDaley and WAAAYTOOO
Pooch
I’m with WAAAYTOOO, cannot stomach curry. But my daughter, brother & nephew loved the Indian offerings. WAAAYTOOO
smokeybandit
I had the rogan josh and the kofta dishes. Both were good, though with the kofta being nothing but meatballs I probably wouldn't get it again.
