Mech86
Good afternoon everyone! I am sailing on the Allure of the Seas Dec 30th and I am planning on popping the question. What is the best way to go about getting in contact with someone to maybe have the room decorated a certain way? Any info would be great! Thanks! smokeybandit
Are you wanting to decorate the room *to* propose or to celebrate the "yes" (I hope it's a yes!)
Mech86
Decorate to propose was my initial thought but having it to celebrate yes is a good plan too!
Paid4c4
If you are in a Suite discuss this with the Concierge. If not a suite ask to speak with a member of the Hotel Directors staff which may start at the Purser's desk, (Guest Services). Hope she says YES! Pattycruise
If you wanted something photographed to capture the moment consider a beach location (if the ship stops at CoCoCay or Labadee) and arrange with the ship photographer to capture the moment and moments after. bobroo
I recommend going with what the world gives you. My nephew popped the question during a Royal photoshoot on the first formal on Liberty two weeks ago. It was a formal night; the Royal photographer was there; and the dinner guests waiting for their seating, Boleros crowd, and the rest of the promenade gave a raucous ovation when they saw what was happening. In short, it happened just like it was a movie. leesam82, teddy, MicDay and 11 others 7

Fairlynew
I was on Navigator several years ago, and a man proposed right before the desert course on the grand staircase in the MDR. It was really special and everyone in the dining room was thrilled. He had arranged for pictures as well.
smokeybandit
I was in St Kitts at a beach bar when a guy proposed. Then he bought us all beer. Fun times.

Sharla
You can order in-room decorations online, but unfortunately she might see it in advance. https://www.royalcaribbean.com/royalgifts/ Congratulations!
