smokeybandit
Like many of us I check the menu daily for an upcoming cruise hoping it will change but never expecting it to. Today all of a sudden "St Louis Style RIbs" shows up on night 1. I've never seen ribs in the MDR before. Neesa
CrimsonCruiser
They were an MDR option on our Odyssey cruise last year. My mom was really excited to go but unfortunately we got the days mixed up and missed out but the staff did confirm they had been there the day before. I don't recall if he commented on the taste. I'd be interested to know peoples opinions.

Well the cruise is a week from yesterday (Navigator), so if it's actually on the menu next Monday, I'm for sure getting it. wordell1 and Neesa

Let us know the portion size also. I would want a half rack minimum - I have been known to eat a whole rack! CruiseGus
4ensic
Wow! I lived in St. Louis a long time and didn't realize our ribs were a special style, I thought they were kind of generic.
Ampurp85
I saw this on my Sept Nav sailing and decided to do MTD for that night. I love me a good rib, the ribs from WJ are usually pretty decent. I would hope the MDR will be up to par.

If they taste good/great you can always ask for another portion. wordell1
Riley
They are okay - a little dry but meaty and you can ask for two slabs, as each is about 4 bones.
Audrey V.
I ordered the ribs. Big mistake. They were not ribs as I know it.
PatsFanBrian
I always compare ribs against my own, which since I’m saying so myself, are spectacular. JimnKathy and Audrey V. 1
smokeybandit
The ribs were not on the menu when I actually got there. But they have bourbon and rye this week! wordell1 and WAAAYTOOO
