Thanks for the information and concern, I am an ambulance technician and I transfer patients with the covid19, I am not very optimistic that I can go in December to take the oasis, I am considering hiring a new cruise for Europe in the harmony of the seas. Greetings

I figured as much.  Sucks, really.

Once you book your casino offer let us know if the gratuities have gone up.  I just booked mine and the suites gratuity is now $19 PP/PD.

The upgrade discount was 38% which is about what it was last year so I'm relieved that they aren't going even lower.  2 years ago it would have been around 60%.

Gratuity on Allure was $14.50/person/day for an interior.

Got an offer a few minutes ago for a Junior Suite with $300 Casino Cash on any sailing in the Caribbean from September through December excluding Christmas/New Year and Odyssey OTS sailings.

20SUN101

Booked redemption for Thanksgiving week and waiting to see. Be a great replacement for our cancelled March 22 cruise. My company has forced vacation over Thanksgiving and I would not have to take an extra week off to cruise. Or better yet we can book an additional cruise this year with the cancelled March cruise vacation time.:5_smiley:

If they say yes to the date, will transfer to our MEI TA.

Update, already heard back and we now have an assigned Junior Suite booked for 11/22/2020 Western Caribbean cruise courtesy of the Casino! Have sent all the information to our TA. WooHoo!  Now looking to see what additional cruise we can book with the left over vacation time.

Suite gratuities show $17.50 PP/PD.

How do you sign up for Casion Royale?

You do not have to sign up for the program.  Just use you seapass card in a slot machine or have the deal scan your card if you’re playing at a table.  The casino tracks your play, the amount of time you play and the size of your wagers and you earn points.

I just booked my cruise this afternoon. I ended up doing a balcony for now because I want to see if after final payment prices go down and I can use my FCC to upgrade. Although I don't know if you can use a FCC for Thanksgiving. Anyway the tips for me still said $14.50 so maybe just suites went up? I really loved this offer the only thing that could of been better would have been if it was for Odyssey lol but still I will not complain about free Thanksgiving cruise and $200 in freeplay.

Booked mine last night for a 4 night independence sailing in October.  Took a while as the call center agent wasn’t used to casino promo codes, but he was nice and friendly so I didn’t mind holding. Would have done a longer one, but we already have Oasis in November.

Just booked our first casino cruise. We chose Enchantment of the Seas, 7-night,  11/28 sailing from San Juan to Southern Caribbean (Tortola, St. Kitts, Martinique, Barbados and St. Lucia). My wife prefers the smaller ships and we've not been to any of these ports before.

We did upgrade from interior to balcony for $674 ($337 each).

New email offer for sailings from July 14th to August 31st. Free interior room plus $50 free play. Only offered on sailings from three Florida ports and Galveston.

Did you book the initial offer last week? Wondering if you have both, or if anyone who booked the first won’t be getting the second.

I did not. I am going to wait until closer to the 30th to see how everything is going then. Maybe get a different/better offer by then. The offer code was the same both times for each offer.

Interesting. So maybe they just opened up the date range. Wish they’d have done that last week as I booked for a 4nt on Indy in October because it was hard to make the time work with my daughters school schedule.

I just posted about this in another area of the boards, I never thought I'd get this type of offer so I haven't paid a much attention to the casino threads and missed this one! I would love to take advantage of a week-long sailing on Harmony but can only sneak in a quick weekender to accommodate husband's schedule. I'm grateful for the opportunity though and feel like I need to hurry up and book or they'll revoke the offer 😜

It feels too good to be true, I did not think I spent enough in the casino to earn such an offer but boy did I try.

I don't have any question here I just wanted to join in the excitement!

We're able to upgrade from the interior to a junior suite for $540. We were looking at a similar sailing that would have cost us a little more than double before the offer came!

We love our agent with MEI so I'm bummed to hear she can't manage the reservation but we'll get her next time.

Happy sailing all!

EDIT TO ADD QUESTION: I just hopped onto the Casino site to look at the offers there and see another one I hadn't seen before this, how can I find out what that offer entails? If I click REDEEM will it deduct the offer from my available offers even if I dont book? I am just looking to see what it entails.

Yippee!  It’s always fun to find an unexpected offer on the website !

Unfortunately, there is no way to discover the details of the offer without calling Royal.  You can either ask your TA to get the information for you or you can call Club Royale yourself and find out which cruises it applies to.  It’s one of the shortcomings of the “system”.

As the original date was September through December before it got expanded to July, any chance you think they’d let me change the sailing date?

Sadly, no.  Once the booking is paid in full you can make no changes.

We just received 2 separate offers (hubby spent a lot of time in the casino!!). Do the nights spent on these complementary cruises count towards Crown & Anchor points?

Yes and if you upgrade to a suite (JS or higher) you get double points.

Is the upgrade usually the same price as listed  (Take the listed suite price and subtract listed interior price)? or is there more of a discount through the casino?

no changes like upgrading rooms, or changing dates? As in NO CHANGES whatsoever? Yikes, that hadn't occurred to me!
