They will handle dealing with the cruise line so you don't have to sit on the phone and they work with you to find what will work best. I feel like my TA has taken great care of me and she is amazing. She always answers my emails within a few hours, sometimes the next day if I send it later in the evening. I won't dispute the selection of other agencies, but I want you to know we've had great service, and our agent was essential when our luggage was lost (delayed) in New Zealand. I also recommend Alianz for travel insurance. For the mentioned RCI cruise, we were able to file for luggage delay online. We received payment for our incurred expenses in about 2 weeks.
