I agree totally.  The only reason I use my TA company is because of their OBCs.  No other reason.  Our TA has never called us to notify us that the cruise company has reduced the price of our category room and had it lowered for us.  When I call my TA company, I usually get the same answers from my TA as I would by calling Royal directly.  The answers are like:  I think, it's the way it always has been, it SHOULD be like that, when I cruised....., and so on and so on and so on.  A TA company that deals with every kind of travel, air, land, sea, tours, legal requirements from all involved countries, and more, in my opinion, can't be completely proficient with all aspects of any of those examples.  Unfortunately, Landside isn't any better even though they, for the most part, only deal with their company's policies and procedures.  
BTW, I'm not picking on Royal exclusively, Brand X was much worse.

I believe they want to accompany their family in the water park but not ride any rides. Unfortunately they would need to purchase tickets regardless of them riding any rides. 

Still cheaper than having to fly! I love sailing out of Cape Liberty

Often times it’s tough getting drinks in the mdr, we always bring a full drink in and get another as soon as the bar waiter comes around.

I always used a travel agent until last year, when covid hit New Jersey required that all non essential businesses close. We had a July 2020 cruise booked, I couldn't get in touch with my agent (agency laid her off) to pay the balance of the cruise and when I called RC, they wouldn't accept it directly. I eventually got in touch with the owner of the travel agency and completed my payment. I have since booked 4 cruises direct. I don't have a problem using an agent, just wasn't comfortable with what happened last year.

I was speaking more on the “anti vaccination” people, not to when people qualify for the vaccine.

I've already started my cancellation proceedings for my November 2021 cruise on Oasis as I'm sure this is going to be a requirement for future cruising events. My largest fear is to get on a ship and someone tests positive, whether false or true, and I get stuck in my room after paying a lot of money to go on a vacation. I'm out until all this gets sorted out.  I've already booked a house on a beach in South Carolina for August 2021 and this may now be the new vacation norm.
What ticks me off is even if I get the vaccine I will still have to take a Covid test prior to going on vacation and I bet also wearing a mask on ship too. And, that's why I'm not going to jump all these hoops just to go on a vacation that is supposed to be fun and relaxing...?
