At least, you are starting off your vacation with a very nice and interesting city. It could be nice if you spend 3 days in Barcelona before the cruise. Lots to do and visit.

I haven't done the one in Falmouth, but I just did one last April in St. Kitts. They all tend to be very similar. You'll get a brief lesson about dolphins while everyone is getting life vests and split into groups. Then your group will be taken to one of several sections where you'll have your interactions with one of the dolphins they have on site. Someone will be there to take pictures, and you'll have the opportunity to select and purchase one or more for printout or digital copy (for far more money than you paid for the excursion booking).
I would highly recommend looking up your specific dolphin excursion on Trip Advisor and reading the reviews there. Not all of these dolphin places are the same, and some of them have a reputation for not treating the animals well or visibly not caring. And that will negatively impact your experience, because how the dolphins are treated will be reflected in how they then interact with you, and will also come across from the staff. And no one enjoys seeing sad dolphins.

Wanderer reacted to JLMoran in Tipping for private excursion (US)
One thing to consider is that not all excursions necessarily require a tip. A big hint will be if when you booked, there was language in the marketing materials along the lines of "our staff works hard and tips are greatly appreciated"; or if you hear the same spoken by the leader of your group's staff as you're getting to the end of your trip (this is when I most often get the hint); or if you show up for your trip and there is a big jar on the vehicle or at the office labeled "TIPS". If you don't get one of those hints, tips are not usually required.
Just as a rough guideline, I typically figure two US dollars for each person on the "crew" of your trip, multiplied by the number of hours the trip was. Then round up to the nearest multiple of 5.
Since you're doing an airboat tour, it should only be one person on the airboat with you, two at most (one to steer and one to tell you about what you're seeing). Assuming it's a four- or five-hour tour, that would be $10 or $20 US.
Excursion tipping is definitely tricky, as it's not like dining in the US where the tip amount is typically 15-20% of what you paid for the meal. Excursion operators are usually self-employed and have pretty small staffs, and the staff aren't as dependent on tips as workers in the food service industry, but it does still help.
    Hope this helped you!

There is no registration for the teens. Just make sure they go the first night as that is when the teens meet and sort themselves into groups.

From time to time I see people asking about what drinks are included in the Coca-Cola Freestyle drink dispensers.
@Matt has written blogs on the Freestyle machines.  Here is one from 2015:

While I am on Anthem I have some free time so I grabbed some pictures of all the Freestyle drink menus.
Let's start with the main menu:

From here you can see the types of drinks available in each category.  First are two pages for the "All Drinks" category:

For those that are asking what is a Freestyle drink dispenser?
Certain Royal Caribbean ships have these Freestyle drink dispensers.  See the blog above for a list of ships that have them.

Freestyle dispensers work only with special cups provided with beverage packages.  The souvenir cups have a chip embedded in the base that is read by the machine when you place the cup into the machine.  There are various designs that are provided.

When a cup is first used it is registered in the system and an expiry date is assigned.  The expiry date is usually a few days longer than your cruise.

The machines also function as ice dispensers.
Lastly, these menus were captured in January 2018.   It's possible that menus will vary over time and by ship.

I just did the sushi making class on the Allure last week.  I completely enjoyed it! The class was very informative and fun at the same time.  We made 4 different types of sushi, crunchy shrimp roll, spicy tuna roll, California hand roll, and shrimp nigiri. The day after my class, I took my wife back to Izumi to try some more for a pre-dinner snack and my teacher/chef was working.  He guided us on our selection and also made us a special creation that was on the house.

Just called to RCL and rebooked my deluxe package as well. Just told to agent that my wife doesn't consume alcohol due to personal preferences and I was able to keep her package as refreshment. Rebooking my package I saved 85€ more. Total savings by rebooking both drink packages was 142€!

Nothing beats that smoky peaty aroma of Islay Scotchs .  I do know it is a matter of taste and some love it and some can't stand of it but to me...

I wouldn't hold my breath for a Laphroaig of any vintage.  Dewar is their rail Scotch and they will McCallum in the casino but beyond that, it's pretty slim pickin's for Scotch.  I don't drink it (I think it stinks to high heaven...particularly those peaty Scotches from Islay) but Dan is a Scotch drinker....the stinkier, the better.  UGH
We went through this a number of months ago with Billy.  I'm sure he will chim in when he gets here.
Sometimes the bigger ships will have a better Scotch selection in the pub but they're fairly hard to come by.

Probably not. I think to myself it would give some added value when I could browse current list and get more information of available wines from tablet. If I still after browsing have something special to ask from sommelier I can. I just usually like to operate that way.

You might find it more efficient to bring the Scotch from a bar with you into the MDR. That way, you'll have it when you want it. If you wait to order it with dessert, there could be a wait and the same selection might not be available.
I've pretty much have given up on cappuccinos at dinner as the wait for them has become too long, unless at a specialty restaurant, and they're simply better at the coffee bar anyways.
