At least RC has the absolute best guest loyalty program in the industry and once you get to Diamond the drink benefit is second to none! 

Amen. The money is rolling in, cruises are booked to capacity as far into the future as they will allow you to book. There should be no more excuses for a lack of service excellence! You are correct, RC needs to tighten up.

This is another example of the horrific customer service which seems to haunt royal Caribbean. They just can’t get their act together and that’s sad considering how loyal of a cruiser you are at D+. 

@Matt needs to step up the game and start chartering the ship for these RC Blog cruises!

Anyone notice they added a Golden room/Non Smoking casino on Harmony? It’s in the old Jazz club venue on deck 4. Interesting, I didn’t know this was added.

I still don’t see Utopia on 3 & 4 night Bahamas sailings. Seems like an absolute waste of a massive ship. If Wonder moves out of PC then Utopia does the 7 night PDCC & Caribbean routes IMHO. 

It’s big. Mariner is such a great ship! I would say if you have to ask the question then you should bring the scooter. 

Ha, talk about different strokes... I refuse to drive anywhere other than PC. The convenience is too appealing and that's with an hour drive. If I had a half mile drive...
Given your drive also involves taking kids to Disney (which is close enough to me that we hear the MK fireworks every night), that makes sense (not that it has to, we all like different things). I have sailed from Port Everglades twice although once was 21 years ago for my first ever cruise (honeymoon on Voyager when it was new-ish) so I barely remember it. PC does run smoothly.
I'm also not overly excited about Icon but I'll admit I've only glanced at it so I really shouldn't pass judgment.

Same here! In fact, the server brought out everything. When I say everything, i mean the entire menu of food and put it on our table. Sad really, 75% went to waste but the server was insistent we try it all (including the desserts).

i have two young kids that really enjoyed these two excursions especially the good hope estate in Falmouth. 
 

The pizza at Giovanni’s Kitchen is fantastic! I prefer the Kitchen to Jamie’s and the standard Giovanni’s for sure.

Massive difference IMHO. Giovanni's table has a smaller, less tasty menu. The kitchen version has pizza, better pasta, the Meatball Gigante and these amazing garlic knots.

No cigar room onboard Freedom. The designated smoking area on the pool deck is the “cigar lounge” and it just doesn’t feel right.

I like to get on the ship as early 10:30am and off the ship as soon as the ship is cleared by customs. The vacation is over and it’s time to go home and get the new round of guests on as early as possible.
