An alternate consideration could be purchasing a Thrill Island cabana - that way, you have a place to relax inside the park, the purchase I believe comes with waterpark access, and your kids will know where to find you through the day.  

I’ll say it seems normal aboard. Very few masks being worn other than the crew. Service has been fine. My kids are with me and I’ve spent more time on the pool deck than I normally would and it has been jumping. As far as the shows, they seem to be up and running but maybe with fewer show times than before. We are going to try and see hiro though I believe it’s sold out. So far it’s been fantastic being back in symphony. I love this ship so much.

Sorry, I confused you. I meant at age 60 the spin class was way too much exercise, I made it through the whole class once.  The price is $20 per class or included with the fitness pass which includes everything they offer.

All good, now.  We have our new updated Set Sail Passes as well as luggage tags with the new stateroom number! 
We will have a bigger balcony, which we are thrilled about!!  10 days and counting!

Another option, if she’s the self motivated type - I’ve found the WiFi in the gyms good enough to stream workouts. There are plenty of free weights available, and the space used for classes is often empty. I’ve had no trouble setting up my iPad and doing an Apple Fitness plus or popsugar workout on my own on sea days. 

They have a morning stretch class that is free and an abs class.  I always skip the abs! I buy the pass to get the yoga class which I love.  It is $20 a class, sea days only.  It's my favorite part of the cruise. There is a spin class included with the pass, but at 60 I spin my butt out the exit:) There is a 3rd class, can't remember.  Anyway, I found the pass cheaper than the $20 per class even though I only used a third of what it offers. After yoga, I'm high all day.  Go for it!

Agreed with Cafe Two70. I was super impressed with their available options on Odyssey and we found ourselves going there often for breakfast/lunch.

The classes vary in price actually. I looked into both options and it seems that it's only worth it if you know for sure that she'll be doing the expensive workout classes. I do not know which ones are more expensive than others.
My reasoning against it was that I would rather pay per class and potentially save money without the risk of being tied to a package. 
Check out a past cruise compass for class pricing and for scheduling. You may find out that the classes she's prefer conflict with other things going on!

Beautiful day in St. Thomas today. Got off just briefly to walk around but for those of you who know me well, that is actually code for, “Let’s go to Effy.” 😁 In case you did not know, I truly have the most wonderful Hubby. 
 

And I am starting to think I have the most wonderful and thoughtful Genie as well. I have no clue how Allan knew that Numi is my most favourite brand of tea. I cannot remember if it was on my survey, but I don’t think it was. This is such a small gesture but so impressed.

Odyssey does not have a Vitality Cafe, and I don't recall a designated spot for smoothies.

Part of what I really enjoyed about CK was not only was the food and service fantastic, but it was that we could dress pretty casually and feel comfortable without issue or concern of those around us. Really sold me on it being a major part of value with suites. I wore either an easy sundress or shorts and a nice t shirt with sandals, no issues.

My favorite thing to do in St. Thomas is to leave it...by taking the ferry over to St. John and enjoying the beaches and national park over there. Very easy to do on your own, too.
