We had a summer cruise on a competitor's ship and late one evening after the wife and I strolled through the ship we made our way back to the room. Needing some fresh air I stepped out on our balcony and looked down. Just below us was one of the many hot tubs and the sights I saw were forever burned into my mind as I noticed all the clothing off to the side and the extra large folks in their birthday suits. ?

This older lady who had a walker with a basket and in the basket was fur-real cat and a huge horn.
You could hear her all over the ship, she would honk that horn if she felt you were in her way.
My daughter and I got on an elevator, as my husband was about to step on and there she was.  
She honked that horn at him and he jumped about a foot off the ground.
We saw/heard her at customs on disembarkment day wearing 20 different crew badges (DD counted them)

I think it was the lady that was left behind in Cozumel.
We were an our late departing. There was another ship tied up beside us that was leaving later, so there were lots of people on the dock. But one woman with several shopping bags burst on to the dock running toward the ship.  I just knew she had to be coming to ours.  Anyway, she decided that we were still there, so she slowed to a slow saunter. Once she rounded the corner of the dock, she discovered the lines had been dropped and were we 20 feet from the pier.  I'll never forget the look on her face when she realized just what had happened.
Am I a terrible person for getting a chuckle out of this?

A woman in the windjammer on boarding day lunch, putting the ladle from the Alfredo sauce to her mouth to taste before putting on her pasta and then putting it back in the container...strange and gross!!!!

So when my brother and I went to Egypt we did a Nile river cruise on the Movenpick Royal Lotus. There was a family that had "service" animals that included a goat and German Shepard. Every morning we went on deck that goat would just be staring into our souls. We barely heard it but we also knew that both animals stayed in the families rooms. It was so random. Also on my first RCG cruise, Mariner, our neighbor would always come out of his room in a thong, do a few stretches in the hallway and go back in. I just assume there were too many people in the room.

I changed my check-in time to earlier slot and then it was not available for my husband.  But about 3 days later his was automatically changed to the same time I had. Thinking they may have some system to correct these things.  

From my experience, best is CVS. They have this Minute Clinic. You schedule 2 weeks in advance, any time. Received results in record time. Goes into my chart app. 

So we went to book it but then I saw no double points so we gave it up.

They fixed the website AND the app.  No more IT errors.  
Nah.  That would be bigger than news of a lifetime.  

I too was not thrilled about the concept of masks and cruising.  I cancelled some cruises because of the mask requirement back when cruising first restarted.  I booked another cruise line that didn't require masks.  Then shortly after they restarted they updated the policy to require masks for my cruise.  Doh.
I was invited on the Allure's simulation cruise and despite needing masks I couldn't resist a free cruise.  Once onboard it wasn't nearly as bad as I had made it out be in my mind.   Based on that experience I stopped canceling cruises and have now completed seven cruises all with masks.  I've got nine more cruises in 2021.  The mask has become automatic, I hardly think about it anymore.  
Got off Freedom this morning, boarding Allure on the weekend.  No fears or concerns about masks now.  So glad to be cruising again.  
 

For background, after I separated from the military, I worked at two Atlantic City casinos on the overnight shift as I worked through college.  Here is my biggest tip, and I cannot stress this enough.  If you are fortunate enough to hit a big jackpot, CLAIM YOUR WINNINGS AND WALK AWAY IMMEDIATELY. I have witnessed more self-destructive decision making after hitting big than I could possibly begin to explain.  Probably most egregious, I saw a 23 year old kid hit the progressive jackpot at a Caribbean Stud Poker table.  Just under $300K.  Immediately they comped the kid a suite, treated him and his friends as huge high rollers, offered him a private table with his own personal cocktail server, top shelf liquor, etc., etc.  Long story short, what started out as, "What the heck, I'm playing with house money, let's go ahead and enjoy this" ended up with him a few grand in the hole by the time the sun came up.  Casinos can be fun and entertaining as long as you play with what you plan to lose, but they're not built on winners.

Give her a jar of Guldens and tell her she needs to bring it to the "mustard" drill...

Not a fan, but to each their own.

We just got notified a few minutes ago of our bid being accepted for this Saturday's sailing on Odyssey OTS (GS -> GLS).
Oh, the excitement is palpable in our house right now!

I was told that if this is the case the suite concierge would be able to assist with that. 
 
In our case, our Odyssey bid was accepted two days before (OV Balcony GTY -> JS) so that could very well be the case. Also, hi from the Odyssey pool deck!
