I talk about it everyday, look at the cruise planner every day, look at other cruises I want to take after (or before).

I use those as well and go one step further with my great photo editing skills and add a name on the printed luggage tags from RCCL.

Couple things: the airboats are really loud. Irresponsibly frick’n loud. They will give you earplugs and you will be glad to have them.
Bring sunscreen and sunglasses!!! You are off the ship but you are still in Florida. Zero shade, hot, and humid.
If it’s a RCL excursion, they will have several bus loads of folks with your same game plan. It will only get cancelled on account of lightning.
Is this a good way to do something unique, get you and your luggage to the airport, and eek your vacation a little further? Yes defiantly. Is this a celebration of Marjory Douglas and the Everglades ecosystem? No, between the obnoxious boats, alligator served for lunch, and various taxidermy gator parts sold in the gift shop; I came away the tour operator hated the ‘glades. I’m glad we did it just the same. JMO.

Characterizing Perfect Day as "an amusement park" is a gross overgeneralization. Once you visit, I think you will be pleasantly surprised by how serene and enjoyable the island remains.  Disney World, it is not.

We just returned from the wedding anniversary weekend cruise on Mariner of the Seas.  The anniversary package I ordered was in place on our arrival.  The missus was quite surprised!

I HAVE seen these, and always completely disregarded them as something that costs money....never paid attention. I have nobody to blame but me....
As for it waking them up, im good with that.....as a typical Dad, I love nothing more than rubbing it in their faces that Im awake, on vacation, before anyone else.

I have never been aware of this!!!!!  Complete game changer, for me, as I wake up and need my coffee injected into my veins IMMEDIATELY, followed by some sort of breakfast. Waiting on my wife and kids to get up to go get coffee/breakfast has always been like dying a slow death, for me.....and this will solve that. GAME. CHANGER. Thank you!  Im not dramatic about it, at all.....

A little back story about room service. The assistant waiters with the lowest seniority get the duty of delivering the room service goodies. You'll see a different person everyday. I'm sure it's a bunch of running around the ship to places they were just at seemingly just minutes ago.
The delivery of your order is awkward. The full trays are a tight squeeze inside your cabin doorframe. It's an uneasy transition from when you answer the door and the waiter tries to enter fighting off the 10,000 lbs of force door closer with your tray of food. And, there isn't always a clear landing place for the tray once he/she gets inside. Above all else you are probably in your PJs trying to quickly cover yourself up with that inadequate free Royal robe. Yeah, it's a real awkward place and time. And yeah, that assistant waiter has drawn the short straw.
Now that you now this, that person who delivers your order? Deserves a couple bucks!!! Two or three dollar bills and a polite thank you go along way. My experience is they are surprised to receive it so it must not happen often. But now you reading this know better;  you are an advanced cruiser. Be that guy, do the right thing! When you place the order, whether its on the stateroom television or using a door hanger; lay a couple spare dollars out so they are ready to go. "Oh yeah, I gotta tip this dude" rummaging around to find a couple crumpled dollar bills after the tray of food has landed only adds to the strangeness.

Now, turn those bright lights back off because you look ridiculous with squinty eyes and messy hair. And for God sakes tighten that robe back up because Sponge Bob Squarepants is peeking out.

Hi, and thanks for the replies. I'm aboard now and just learned how b2b's are handled on the Anthem at Cape Liberty in Bayonne NJ...
Because I was unable to book the same cabin, I have to pack up all my clothes that I keep in the drawers...plus, of course all my bathroom stuff. My room attendant will take care of the clothes hanging in the closet, moving them on the hangers. He will also move my suitcase when the other room is empty.
I, and every other b2b'er must report to the Diamond Lounge on deck 4 on turnaround day where we must show our passports to CBP and then we will be checked in. That's it! We don't have to disembark. We don't have to go to guest services. It's all done in the Diamond lounge. We are then free to wander about the ship until our cabins are ready (except those fortunate enough not to have to change cabins).
This procedure is specifically for Port Liberty in Bayonne. I know other ports may have other procedures that may differ somewhat.
I think this is another good reason to start a 'Port Specific' information forum...as has been mentioned in a previous posting. I have lots of info on Cape Liberty.
    Happy cruising!

For a 7 day or longer cruise, we take $200 each, because we spend a couple days in the port city before sailing. Once you are on the ship, everything but gambling and extra tips go on the sea pass and we don't gamble. We might spend some in ports. We have gotten past the Everybody back home gets a gift, stage.

It's Love Beach. Found it researching the top beaches in Nassau on the internet. As far as I know there are two different types of places that give you access. There appear to be day passes at a full resort at the start of the beach. Not sure of the name but you could look it up.
We went to Nirvana where a couple dogs roam , the chairs are cheap and on the old side, and the bar area is either relaxed or run down depending on your perspective.
Same as getting there. Wait a bit and take the bus for $2.50 each way or grab a taxi for $25.
As mentioned, we went for the "authentic" ? version but that's just us.

LOL.  So, those day beds go for $150 a day, and the couch I camped out at goes for $500 a day.  But, but, it’s got a TV (not pictured).  Self-proclaimed models/social influencers also started posing around the pool and walked around narrating video selfies.  Gonna go check out the pool in the West tower and see if it’s a little less douchebaggy.
