My wife and I have 4 cruises over the next year chasing double points.  Booked harmony last night for next December.  We should go from gold to diamond in the process!

I go into trips thinking the same, then the drink package changes the situation.

The airlines haven't seen COVID numbers because you're on a plane for the duration of the flight and then leave. There's absolutely no way to contact trace anyone who gets COVID on a flight and prove it was the direct result of the flight and not contracted in the airport on either end, on a shuttle to/from the airport, before the flight, somewhere at your destination, etc. 
I'd love links, as I have yet to see *any* true "outbreaks" as defined by the CDC since the Diamond Princess fiasco at the start of all this almost two years ago. There have been cases, sure, but nothing reaching outbreak levels.
 
Indoor restaurants had so many tables blocked off that you were never directly next to another dining party. And sure, no one's wearing a mask at the pool, but outdoor transmission isn't typically a major concern anyways.

We decided to go for it as well. Staying in a Jr. Suite on repositioning (Barbados to Galveston) 10 night cruise = 40 points for the cruise and we'll be Diamond after this cruise.

Any thoughts on longevity of its Western Hemisphere deployment. I would love to sail on her at some point. I can’t imagine she won’t go back to the Asian market eventually.

Great suggestion but I am probably the only person left on Earth that does not have a Facebook account. I refuse to make an account.

My wife’s Brilliance cruise next month is cancelled but she’s just going to flip  it to freedom which has almost exact same dates for the cruise.

My first royal cruise was 2019 on symphony , I am now ruined. I am am Oasis class homer now. Going on odyssey in December and then symphony again March 2022. 
my original intro to cruising was in mid aughts and was carnival Glory which was great. It was fine as a younger man, but now I like the extravagant laid back nature of royal if that makes any sense. Man I miss cruising !!!

Nothing better than that sunset on embarkation day when you are easing out to sea. That last bit of the video made me jealous.
