She got $4400. Her legal fees were probably a lot more than that.

Also, that's the Aussie legal system.

But with the post covid addition of another drink voucher, that can be used anytime of the day, as opposed to 3 hours in that tiny room slamming drinks, you have really gained benefits.  The fact that they may lock you out during Happy Hour is really inconsequential as long as your allowed in for your morning coffee machine

I am sorry this happened to you.  But as a dental professional, I am having a hard time believing that you biting an olive pit would cause your implant to fail unless it had issues prior. I think even if you try to get further compensation, you may have a tough go of it.
No implants are not infallible, the crown breaking, maybe. The implant itself failing, unlikely without an underlying issue.

Point is legally accepting a FCC could be argued as accepting as a settlement. Don't touch it. Contact an attorney. The most you want to invest is having an attorney contact Royal looking for something. I would not go beyond that. Royal can bury you in legal fees.

I'm wondering if this is port/ship specific because we recently checked in for our upcoming cruise on Wonder out of Port Canaveral, and we got a 10:30 spot.

Only ate in the MDR once.  Of course you can be subjective.
JMHO but food in Windjammer for dinner is always sub par the an MDR dinner.
Not to say I've never had had a bad dish in the MDR, but I have yet to have waiter that will not bring out something else if I'm unhappy or have it remade if I insist on the same dish
If you want every meal to be 5 Star you should do specially dining.  They definitely will redo anything you're unsatisfied with, anything to make you happy.  That's why the waiter position there is so sought after by the crew.

@Zacharius and @cmich068 have it right.  It’s about volume/frequency and $$.  Back when I traveled a lot for work, it made sense and cents to stick with particular brands and the rewards were great.  Now that I have retired and my statuses have all lapsed, I have no incentive to stick with anyone in particular.  Now it’s all about price and convenience.  Whatever works.
I guess the one piece of advice I will offer is do NOT chase loyalty points for the sake of discounts/perks.  Unless you plan on traveling a lot, the frequency programs are probably not going to help you that much.

If you travel enough to get a higher loyalty status, then sticking to one brand can be smart.
If you don't, then price is king.

I guess it depends on how much you plan to travel. I practically live out of a suitcase, and loyalty is very rewarding to me (airlines, hotels, and car rentals). But even if you travel just a few times a year, you're unlikely to reach a level of meaningful loyalty unless you're spending a lot of money.

Deck five has an abundance of large tables seating mostly 6-8.  Very few 2 tops, but I would agree that is my preferred deck.
Btw is is normally only traditional (early / late) seatings

The access was only limited to a Casino Royale cruise with larger than normal numbers of high tier sailers.
There has been no policy change.

Royal has stated they are seeing a lot more first time cruisers so I think they are trying to walk a fine line here providing first time cruisers the information they are looking for while trying to not upset loyalist like us with information we don't need.

I prefer the Oasis class over Quantum due to the combined Coastal Kitchen and Suite Lounge. Not a fan of the Suite Lounge location on Quantum class ships.
