I’m Italian.  We are legally bound to eat carbs!!  It’s kinda like that scene from My Big Fat Greek Wedding:
He’s a vegetarian.  He doesn’t eat meat.
No meat??  Ok, I make you lamb.

Maybe because I am already fat, lol, I have never gained weight after a vacation. I think it is because I am always at least twice as active. I don't diet, the whole diet thing is bad imho. I try to maintain a healthy relationship with food as a general rule. Everything is okay in moderation. When I vacation, I enjoy, as it is a break from my every day rotation. I think the major thing is I am not a drinker, maybe 1 to 2 alcoholic drinks on vacation and not every day. Regularly I can go months without picking up a drink. Drinks are where you pick up the pounds🤣

How long does it take to get from the boarding point to the Windjammer (with a stop at a bar on the way)?

about time Royal quit pandering to a Very Very small minority and went with the majority of passengers

Our clinic told us to not laminate our cards due to the laminating process may smear the ink on the stickers. So we haven't tried

We have added it at a later date and no issues. We've done it up to 30 days before our cruise. I've called Royal and also have had my agent do it, both methods worked just fine

Not new but before all hell broke loose, I was hoping to go to Cuba and Key West.  Small dreams I know but I was really looking forward to those stops.

Same thing just happened to us for our Christmas cruise on Allure

Check in changed to Nov 2, my wife's is Nov 5 . We have connecting balconies with the kids. I'm guessing check-in will change again

I checked in to my Nov 28 cruise this past Monday (90 days out)…I checked the app right after midnight Sunday night/Monday morning and it was available! Got checked in and got an arrival time of 12 noon. Sometimes it happens like this…sometimes it’s later Monday afternoon. Good luck!

They do have an XL version where it will be a minivan or a 7-person SUV.  We've managed to cram 4 plus suitcases into them before.

He is definitely living the dream. I need to figure out how to "retire" to a job where I can work 4 to 5 hours a day while on a cruise ship pool deck.

Sunil did everything he could.  The genies were not allowed past a certain point in the terminal.  He was surprised to see that we arrived.  He told us that there is someone downstairs at the terminal that calls and lets the genies know when their guests arrive.  He told me they never told him, and he kept checking.  There was one person when you first entered the terminal that we were going to stop and ask who seemed like maybe she was the one who was possibly a contact point for suites and pinnacles.  It was directly after you enter the terminal and there was a large family who kept asking her questions and a family right beside her that was having a complete breakdown.  The wife was balling her eyes out and the husband kept telling her "I told you you needed that and you wouldn't listen.  The kids and I are just going to go without you."  I felt really bad for them, but I assume it probably had something to do with not reading all of the protocols.  This was distracting even for us (but to be fair I would be in tears if I found out I couldn't go on my cruise too), so maybe between this commotion we got missed by the genie's point of contact.  After another lady saw us waiting to talk to the lady who we thought may be the one we should talk to, the other lady came over and pretty much told us no, we need to go to testing.  I understand if they are trying to keep the kids separate who haven't tested in the terminal,, but why were we allowed to check-in with everyone else before receiving results?  It didn't quite make any sense.  After being shuffled around for awhile, I messaged Sunil on Whatsapp, and he immediately responded and even called trying to help where he could.  Unfortunately,  we had zero cellphone service in the terminal and did not notice that we had a missed message and two missed calls until we got to the end of the process and I was able to hook to wifi.  I do not blame Sunil at all.  Perhaps, we got unlucky or maybe the people at the terminal need more time to make it a smooth process.  If anyone else has any issues at check-in, I recommend reaching out to your genie and learn from our mistake and make sure you have cell reception for them to respond.

@SpeedNoodles I'm glad I don't Facebook. Just comes down to simple respect, respect your time and each other. Seems like this type of behavior is everywhere now a days. 

Time for the photos of decorations. Figured since I had the laptop busted out and now connected to WiFi I'd be fancy and do some processing work with the photos.
Heading back to the room it solidified the flamingo note was taken well.

Rounding the hall to the living room area we were greeted some "Happy Birthday" decorations hanging from the ceiling.
