Yes. My kids love to eat at Playmakers and they love to play the games there with their arcade credits.
Same here my kids were 13 and 7 yr old loved it on Symphony last yr. Staff had no issue w/ kids in there. Arcade credits worked fine for them

What a wonderful gift ! You are all going to have the times of your lives. They will never forget it ! The ATS are awesome !
Be sure you have at least one nice meal out on the balcony. Sometimes it can be waaaytooo hot out there, but it's so special. It's usually a little more tolerable while underway vs being in port b/c at least you get a little breeze.
How much advanced timing is needed to set something like this up?

I assume you could order dinner from one of the speciality restaurants to have it delivered to your room for eating on your deck?

Thanks for posting the youtube video. Its nice that you showed the menus in the main dining room along w/ a few pictures, much appreciated

Beach days are the best. Our family normally walks to the far away beach, its called Adrenaline Beach (I believe), the last time, we were there is was really empty, no problem getting beach chairs , unlike some of the other areas. Lots of space for the kids to play in the sand

Great photos, these are a great reason to walk around the ship at night. They give quite the calming effect to a busy day on the ship

Were on Symphony this past March and it was the sea days in our case it was Day 2 and 6

We normally tip the recommended and usually not addition. The one exception was our main dining room staff last year on Symphony. My daughter really likes strawberries and every night for dinner she got the fruit as her appetizer. The fruit was a mix of melon, and 1 or 2 pieces of strawberries. We mentioned it to the staff after our first dinner and every night after, she received here own bowl of strawberries and after each formal night and on the last night of the cruise, they provided her with her own plate of chocolate covered strawberries to take back to the room each night. She was very excited and it really make her dinner experience a memory.

Jamaica is the worst of all the islands in my opinion for aggressive sales

Just avoid the straw market area. It will make your trip much more pleasant and enjoyable The rest of Nassau was fine, in my opinion. We originally has concerns about the island after our swimming with dolphins excursion was cancelled last year on our Spring Break Symphony of the Seas cruise, at the last minute when wind was too strong to take us to Paradise Island for our excursion, so we just walked around the main drag and went to Senior Frogs and bought a few shirts at the shops and presents. Overall, not a bad day. No one really bothered us, but if they did, a quick no was all it took.

I did check w/ Royal about the Air / Sea flights and they were very competitive with what I was finding on-line the only difference was they were' not showing early morning flights only evening one, but I think I'll look at one-way flights and changing planes and we'll see what happens, Thanks all for the ideas, much appreciated as always. Overall, its going to be an expensive flight.

I know that flights to San Juan are expensive, but wondering how expensive. We're traveling during spring break Mar 2020 on Freedom (family of 4). I'm starting to look at flights out of Minneapolis / St. Paul (MSP) and options are really limited. Delta is offering $1,700 main cabin seats (this is 6 months out) and this isn't even direct, these flights have 1 or 2 stops. I usually book early, but I'm wondering if I should wait another month or 2 or just bite the bullet. Spirit is also high around $1,000, but we won't fly them due personal issues w/ them.
Any advice would be appreciated. Delta is our preferred airline.

I was reviewing the Sheraton Old San Juan hotel. It looks like its within walking distance to the cruise pier? Is this walkable to the FOTS terminal and how long would it take, since we would be traveling with 2 kids and 4 suitcases.

Thanks for all the replies. My wife was on the Freedom of the Seas facebook group page and someone mentioned that hotel shuttles are not allowed on the island of San Juan. Any truth to this. Its facebook, so I don't believe much.

Hi All,
Looking for hotel recommendations for staying in Old San Juan. We're looking for a hotel that also offers transfer from airport to hotel and also hotel to port. We're traveling in March 2020 on Freedom of the Seas, going to A,B,C islands on a 7 night Southern cruise. There are 2 kids travelling w/ us, so a pool is a must. We're staying 2 nights as-well.

Harmony is still my favorite ship, enjoy the cruise. Looking forward to seeing the pictures

Love the itinerary as well. I would love Coco Cay, Labadee, and Key West on a 7 night, but I've never seen it

One more question for you or anyone else for that matter. When we were on Oasis of the Seas last year, the Windjammer Café has people seat you and find a table for you, instead of it being a free for all. It was an improvement from 2 yrs ago on Harmony, where it was free for all trying to find a place to sit. Does Symphony staff seat you at a table in the Windjammer or not? Thanks, much

I have the same question, never know what you can get. My kids love baked potatoes and would eat them every night for dinner in the MDR, if they could
