SpeedNoodles got a reaction from Carlos A. in Worst cruise ever
Are you?

Sorry to read that you are disappointed with the contract you agreed upon when you booked your cruise. Itineraries are never guaranteed.
I'm also confused why you dug up a 2 1/2-year-old thread to respond to.

SpeedNoodles got a reaction from JimnKathy in Symphony of the seas itinerary change
I'd be thrilled to go to Labadee. Not so much Falmouth, but I love staying on the ship when it's Symphony. I'm sorry you're disappointed.

The morgue. Definitely the morgue.

SpeedNoodles got a reaction from JimnKathy in Travel Agent...to use or not to use?
Once you've had something go wrong that was Royal Caribbean's fault, and your travel agent spent over 12 hours on the phone with Royal Caribbean on your behalf fixing it, you may never have a full appreciation of a travel agent. I would have lost a sailing 30 days before departure if it wasn't for my TAs.

On the website you should be able to click on "order history" if you see it there I think you're ok if not I would say it didn't go thru

SpeedNoodles reacted to Surrounded by water. in Balcony Chairs Zip-tied to Recline Only
Just off the Navigator of the Seas, one chair had no zip ties. The other was zip tied in the semi reclined position. Not a comfortable position for either of us. Easily removed with a couple of quick clips with a nail clipper.
Home now for 24 hours as of yet no helicopters or armed enforcement personnel from Royal Caribbean have surrounded the house. Clip away my friends.
I am curious about what instituted this chair bondage.

SpeedNoodles reacted to Sharla in Travel Agent...to use or not to use?
Here's the deal- you're paying for a travel agent whether you use one or not. Royal pays agents out of their end so you're paying either way.
Agents can get you the same rate or better. And we have expertise on the cruise and destinations.
However, not everyone should use a travel agent. If you are not going to trust us with your reservation, please book on your own! I have clients who book with me who need hand holding through the entire thing, and some who book and never ask a single question. Both are legitimate.
We are here to provide a good experience that makes things easier for you- if that's not what you want out of it then book on your own. But if you want someone who knows the Royal Caribbean policies (often better than they do) or who knows what to do if things go wrong, then reach out to MEI or other reputable agency.

SpeedNoodles got a reaction from Baked Alaska in Thermal Suite no longer in the Cruise Planner
And it is the only class of ship that is worth it. I hate the ceramic tile beds facing a wall (on all the other ships). Let me face the ocean like the Radiance class has!!! It's the ONE thing I liked about Norwegian - their ocean-facing spas.
