With the double points promo:
That's 80 Crown and Anchor points in a regular double cabin, or
That's 160 Crown and Anchor points in a suite cabin, or
That's 160 Crown and Anchor points solo in a regular cabin, or
That's 240 Crown and Anchor points solo in a suite cabin.
Since you have to be at least gold to receive double points, you could be Diamond after your second sailing, or nearly Diamond Plus after your second sailing, or Diamond Plus and 1/3 of the way to Pinnacle after your second sailing depending what cabin you picked and who you went with.

Our first cruise ever was on Mariner in Jan 2019.....after 20 years of marriage.  I regret not going on a cruise earlier in our lives.

@michelle has made things extremely easy for us.  I hope to someday actually meet in person rather than through email. ?

I have found a similar capability with Kathy Geiger, also of MEI. She was able to find a cabin to my specification that was not visible to me online.

For those of you who are on the fence about using a Travel Agency, PLEASE READ. This past weekend we decided to book a 7 day cruise on the Anthem out of Cape Liberty, NJ and bring our daughter and her family along with us over Easter week departing on April 22, 2022. I spent a couple of days searching the Anthem for a JS for my wife and I and two balcony adjoining rooms for our daughter and her family. I did find some of what I was looking for on different decks, near the elevators or on deck 13 (below the WJ) and they all were not acceptable. So, I contacted Michelle, MEI Travel (they also sponsor this blog) told her what I wanted and VIOLA! Today I booked a JS on deck 10 and two adjoining cabins also on deck 10. None of those cabins were available when I searched. Moral of the story here is don't waste your time, get ahold of Michelle at MEI and let her know what you want. She can make miracles happen! ?

My husband and I both had the Moderna vaccines with absolutely no side effects, other than being less sore at the injection site than with a tetanus shot. I worked 12-hour shifts after mine (no choice, nobody else to cover).  I know you don't "know" me, but I'm somebody!  ?

I would say there is no correlation. The reaction to the COVID vaccine is very similar to the flu shot. Most people feel nothing, about 10% of people report feeling crappy for a day or two. I had zero reaction, my wife felt crappy for about a day starting about 12 hours after her second dose. In terms of people having a bad reaction to COVID itself, after age, being overweight seems to be the most common risk factor people share that are being admitted to hospitals.

I feel ripped off.   I got my first Moderna vaccine on Thursday and got no damn sticker.

Ah, ok. They left it to us to monitor our own times and make sure we scheduled our 2nd appointments online. Ours was also very efficient, but left some up to us. That was fine for me, but I suspect some struggled with trying to figure out what the heck a QR code was, and what to do with it, lol.
