Use the ship selector component to narrow it down to only the ships that have the Star Class and it will take care of that (Oasis, Allure, Harmony, Symphony, Wonder, Quantum, Anthem, Spectrum, Ovation).

There's not much "beach" really close to the port area at all -- at least not walking distance.  If you are looking to venture out of the port complex, I've heard good things about Juici Patties if you want to try something local to eat. It's only a few blocks from the port.  

Grandeur does not have the Vitality Cafe where you would typically get smoothies on the larger ships. I don't believe there's an alternative place that would serve them on Grandeur.
The refreshment package WILL get you any coffee from the Cafe Latte-tudes menu.  You can also order espresso or cappuccino in the dining room with the refreshment package.

If you make a reservation for Izumi Hibachi through the app while you are on the ship, they will see that you have the UDP when you dine with them and they will bring you a bill at the end for $10 plus 18% gratuity.

The times can depend on the itineraries.  It looks like the late dining is 8:30 in the Mediterranean but it was 8:00 in the Caribbean.  The times in the app may be reflective of the current sailing and not your actual sailing.

The newer ships tend to have a hidden outlet under the bed, so keep that in mind if you book a new ship.
Invest in some European converters that will turn the European plugs into an extra American outlet.
Sometimes the room phones have USB ports on them for charging, so I'll usually put my phone on that overnight.  I also bring a portable USB charger pack.  Charge that in the room on an outlet during the day when I'm not in the room and I'd have it at night to charge up my device or phone again.
 

Ultimate family suite you say? Feel free to adopt me prior to that cruise 🤣. I’m sure you could use a 47 year old son for a week. 

I have only sailed from the US, but my experience lately has been:
These are what we had right after a ship came over from Europe in slim cans, but once that supply ran out they were back to the TRUE brand that I've seen most places. 
They starting using their own canned water shortly after the website switched to say it was canned water you were purchasing, but I only saw that on few sailings. Then right back to the TRUE bottles.
If you are picky, the TRUE may be spring or drinking water. I've seen both.

You can't no show the person who has the complimentary offer in their name.  They will call you to Guest Services and force you to pay.

They probably don't bring in the UK pricing, so that's why it isn't an option.  But definitely a good starting point so you know where to go look over on Royal's site or wherever else you book through to look into!

If you can find the room that holds 4+, to price it out on the website, know that guests 3 and beyond will be the same price.  You have to do the math yourself to calculate the discount, but you can get a pretty good ballpark figure yourself.  I don't think there are any rooms that will hold 7 without jumping up into the suites, though, which won't fit your cheap price objective.
It's definitely worth using a TA to get you all the different pricing and room combinations and let them do the heavy listing with pricing it out all the various ways for you.

Go with the more days, more stops for less money if you can spare the extra vacation time.

GTY assignment reveals aren't based on that.  There's really no trick to getting an earlier assignment.  Once you're within 45 days if you still don't have an assignment sometimes when you scan the SetSail pass barcode with a barcode reader it will give it away.  
That's the thing with Royal...50% off may be $12.99 while 30% off is $8.99.   You've got to ignore the % off always and just look at the bottom line for pricing.
