AshleyDillo got a reaction from VirtKitty in Any reason NOT to disembark with own luggage?
If you don't opt-in, you'll be assigned a regular time to debark. Debarkation time really only refers to when they expect your luggage tag number to be ready for pick up down in the luggage hall off the ship. As self assist, you're not waiting for any luggage to appear in the luggage hall and you're welcome to leave at any point once the ship is cleared for debarking. If you look at a list of departure times, it always has the self-assist in one of the top few time slots, but it doesn't mean you HAVE to leave at that time.

AshleyDillo got a reaction from asquared17 in Aruba: Options for eagle beach or palm beach
MooMba is at Palm Beach actually. If you tell them MooMba at Palm Beach they'll be able to drop you off pretty close to there.
I spent a week in Aruba on a land trip, so we didn't spend much time at any resorts but we did go around to a lot of different beaches. All beaches in Aruba are public beaches, so basically you're going to be paying for umbrellas and chairs if you can't bring your own.
The Palm Beach area had a lot more hotel resorts and beachfront restaurants and the like while Eagle Beach was a lot more condo style resorts.
I've heard a lot of folks talk about RIU at Palm Beach as an all inclusive. Not sure what exactly you are looking for with respect to your beach experience, though.

AshleyDillo reacted to mistertomatohead in American Express Offer
The $900 OBC credit I bought by calling was refunded as cash while I was onboard the Navigator of the Seas. No issues at all. I even did it the second day instead of waiting till the end. With some other charges to get over $1000 total, I was able to get $250 statement credit. My offer was kind of lame (25% off vs. 40% some people had) but with refunded OBC it's essentially free money. The OBC showed up while I was onboard and showed as refundable in case anyone was wondering.

AshleyDillo got a reaction from WAYNO in Disembarkation on a Sunday in Cape Liberty
If it's a domestic flight and you have TSA PreCheck, probably cutting it really close but doable if you take all your luggage off the ship yourself and be one of the first off.
I wouldn't want the stress personally, so I would probably opt for the later flight.

AshleyDillo got a reaction from Xaa in Priority check in for suite guests?
If you are talking about Terminal A at Port of Miami, you will drive around to the drop-off/pick-up area and offload your luggage with a porter. Bypassing the parking deck on the way in will let you not have to worry about bringing down your luggage from the parking deck at Terminal A. You can easily loop back around to park after dropping off the luggage.
There is a Key line outside of the terminal entrance, usually it is on the left side when facing the terminal where the restrooms are.
Once inside whether there continues to be separation for the Key depends on when you arrive. If boarding has started already they may or may not still maintain a priority lane for the Key. I've only been there prior to boarding beginning and at that time they had all the Key grouped in seats together and they escorted them by groups to board the ship. There was no separation for the actual check-in or security inside the terminal for the Key as it wasn't needed for the volume of people they were processing through at the time.
So effectively to make the most of it, arrive as early as you can.

AshleyDillo got a reaction from asquared17 in Wonder of the Seas dining questions
I love it for the experience. If you have picky eaters and they aren't on the unlimited dining plan, they may want to opt to skip this one. I would encourage everyone to at least visit the bar (you can do this without a restaurant reservation) and try some of the exclusive drinks and check out the atmosphere and decor of the restaurant.
Mason Jar is another one that has a bar you can visit WITHOUT dining there. So you can try the cocktail menu throughout the cruise! There are also spiked milkshakes on the dessert menu to explore. As @ScooterScott22 stated, Mason Jar is great for the variety. However if you live in a part of the country known for southern food and/or BBQ, don't go in expecting it to meet those standards. It is a nice change of pace and variety, however. If you had to pick between dinner and brunch, I'd go with the brunch since it's currently the only chance to experience specialty dining with breakfast food options on the entire Royal Caribbean fleet!

They seat 8, so you want to make sure you make your reservation in the Cruise Planner to all get the same time and table.

You make your reservations on the app the same as everyone. When you arrive to the theater they will show you where the accessible seating is.

Since the restart the Concierge has sent out a welcome letter pre-cruise stating suite guests can board up to an hour before/ after their scheduled arrival time.

They usually have a bunch of different drink cups -- I've seen a mix of the old and new patterns. You will get the cups with your package in your room. You can take the unwrapped cups to where they're hawking the drink packages on the Promenade and politely ask to swap them out.

Ashley meant if you're in the DL and you order drinks, they will count towards your vouchers. The poster was asking if there were still complementary drinks during happy hour in the DL outside of the vouchers... which of course there are not.

AshleyDillo got a reaction from DanielMallorca85 in ICON CLASS UPDATE
It's not the best, but at least they're trying to utilize the space during the evening when there isn't a view. I always wondered since they went fully climate control enclosure on Wonder for the Solarium, if they wouldn't dip their toes into turning that area into an entertainment venue in the evenings with the same kind of technology projections onto the panels.

AshleyDillo got a reaction from RCIfan1912 in No need to pack the night before?
It's called self-disembarkation and yes, it's available on all Royal sailings. You have to be able to handle your luggage yourself. You are also allowed off the ship first as you aren't waiting for luggage to put out for pickup in the terminal.
