Ok so you had an appointment booked but tried to get seen earlier? 
This was refused because you already had an appointment booked.
Someone else appeared without an appointment and got seen and you questioned why he  had allowed someone without a booking to been seen instead of someone who had a booking later in the day! 
I guess the question is how you went about questioning him? 
 

Can't comment on cruising the UK but i stay there so i can comment on the weather! 
If you wake up to go onshore and the sky is clear and it's 20+ c bring a brolly just in case! 
Further north you go ( scotland )  then you can experience 4 seasons in 1 day ( this is not a joke ) 
On the other hand you could get a week of glorious sunshine with temperatures in the high 20s 
But then again we have had snow in June! 
You may have realised its impossible to predict UK weather ...even when you go to bed you haven't a clue what tomorrow will bring.

Thought i would share this for anyone outside US, below are comparisons for a cruise priced on both US and UK RC websites.
Obviously we cannot book through the RC US website but we can use a good TA to do it for us.

You can have an appointment booked and still show up at any time to be on the “wait list”.  
The problem is sometimes the staff doesn’t work the waitlist properly, or there is no list (usually smaller ships “who’s next?” )
 Other times you are signing up for a specific person, so each next cruise person has their own list-but people on the wait list can be called ahead of you  because your own person is stuck with that passenger  who plays 20 questions or perhaps is booking 3 cruises…..so you wait and wait and wait while others get taken care of. 
I’ve had all of the above happen to me.

Well, I couldn't help myself!  I booked Odyssey of the Seas for mid-July 2024 and will be taking our Granddaughter with us for her high school graduation gift (her request) so Italy, Greece and Turkey it is!  I'm so happy that she picked those places as we haven't been there yet so that is a win-win for us too!  We will also be flying Delta One as a surprise for her.  Good thing I have a while to save up for this trip. 

It really must have been a bad cruise as the post is all underlined. 😉

Hopefully any negative press about this situation is ignored and those in power use their brains and realise that things like like are going to happen from now on be it on land or at sea!

For anyone traveling to Singapore Orchard Towers which is located on Orchard Rd right in the main shopping area is one to be avoided if you are not open minded. 
World famous for the "Four floors of whores" 
I have stayed at the Pan Pacific near Marina Bay and even just the Elevator Ride up to our room near the top floor was an experience! 
Elevator starts in hotel lobby inside building for about first 6 floors then all of a sudden you  are outside for the rest
 

Singapore English is the main language spoken along with Malay.
This is probably due to the fact that Singapore was under British rule until the 1960's when it then became part of Malaysia for a few years before becoming an independent country.
Any English speaking visitors travelling to Singapore will have no problem communicating.
