In theory, yes. But I would temper your expectations. There's only one of them on the ship and for most sailings, it's booked. I would peg the chances of that happening pretty close to 0, that extends to most Star Class rooms really. The most likely category you'll get is a Junior Suite which has high inventory.

Or maybe a chair with springs like in cartoons. They'll fling the towels right off the ship, $25 surcharge!

Royal has also promised to debut their first carbon-neutral ship by 2035. The Discovery Class seems like a good candidate as the final stepping stone toward that considering they'll most likely want to send it to places with stricter environmental regulations like Northern Europe. Maybe Discovery 3 or 4 will become that first carbon-neutral ship if they build one every 2-3 years. It'll be interesting to see what future-proofing they put into it, I would think it would include features such as flex-fuel cells. I was at the Captain's Corner on Symphony a few weeks ago and the captain mentioned hydrogen fuel as a possibility in the future, though he said it's still a few years away.

Was just on Anthem and they had signs stood near the pool chairs, along with stickers near the towel station. However, I didn't see the staff members enforcing it that much. When I went for my morning walk at 7:30am, I already saw towels on the chairs with no one there .
