I got my 4 test kits; however, the expiration date is 5 October 2021. I hope that the 6 month extension is correct because I cannot take the test before 8 October 2021!

@Shari - confirmed, Royal has no idea what I'm talking about.
Thankfully this was my backup plan. Our local CVS does travel testing and I will schedule for the 2 days before when that date opens up on CVS reserved times. I also sent an email to Optum support. If I hear anything I will let you know.

The app check in now has taking a photo or uploading a photo of the front and back of your vaccination card. It just showed up on the check in for my 10 October cruise. You cannot fully check in without it. In fact you cannot get to the health protocols without completing the vaccination information now.

That is the menu on my app but the menu on the cruise planner is different. I was asking if anyone has actually seen a menu on board a ship not on their app. I do not like the menu that is in the app. I had that on my last cruise and actually skipped the lobster salad and got crab cakes instead of the raw scallops. I hate raw proteins and will not eat them. I got the branzino and it was terrible (had branzino at Wonderland a couple nights before and it was wonderful). The chef at that time was very lame and did not seem happy or excited with telling us about the food. The sommelier was fantastic and made the experience wonderful. The food was the worst we ever had at chef's table.

I ordered 2 of the 2 packs last Wednesday. They were supposed to arrive by Friday. On Friday got an email saying Monday the 13th. Nothing on Monday so still am waiting for my 3 business day shipment.

My October Liberty cruise fare dropped again so I called. It showed that I had already gotten a difference in price as OBC so I was not able to get the now lower price difference added to my OBC (about another $180). You may want to try it because everyone gets a different answer to questions depending on who you are talking to.

Gotta love Royal IT. I just got an email to check in. I go to my phone and click on the app and no check in available. I call up my email on the phone and click on the link which takes me to the app and no check in available. Sign out of the app and sign back in and no check in available. Go back to my computer and sign into my account on the computer and NO CHECK IN AVAILABLE. Sign out and then go back to my email on my computer and click the link and you guessed it no check in available. I think someone at Royal jumped the gun and sent out emails when check in was still unavailable.

Can you change your assigned time once you have checked in? I have seen on here that some people are always checking for a better time once they have checked in.

No sh*t sherlock.
When it asks you to sign in over and over again that is usually because you didn't log out of cruise planner properly and you need to wait about an hour before it will let you back in. Don't you just love RCL apps/website?!

I am on Liberty. It is on its way back across the Atlantic after a month in dry dock. Its test cruise is in mid September. I am pretty sure my October sailing will happen.

I am at about 50 days out and still not check in available on either the website or the app. My ship has not been through a test cruise yet so I do not know if this impacts the check in availability but I assume it does.

I get that message when I am logged in with Firefox. I switch to Edge and I can check out my planner cart without a problem. I noticed this about a month ago.

Here is a Mayo clinic study about the need for booster shots. Since they say the vaccines are still great at preventing hospitalizations then maybe we can still cruise without a booster. Especially if you have had the Moderna vaccine.
