PPPJJ-GCVAB
I just repriced my July cruise and saved $860 total on 3 of the 5 rooms I have booked. The other 2 still had a lower price! Sweety
I reprised my December 2023 and saved 900. It’s good to check. RCIfan1912 and PPPJJ-GCVAB
RCIfan1912
Sadly I can't check the price of my cruise because the cabin category we booked is sold out unless you guys have a suggestion on how that can be accomplished?

When my category is sold out, I keep an eye on the category's above mine. If the price gets to one I am willing to pay I will upgrade. My TA kinda made it seem like you can't check cabin prices if categories that are sold out. He did say if KSF was to be applied to our cruise that they would be able to do. WAAAYTOOO
Your TA can definitely check base fare prices on sold-out categories. What he/she probably cannot do is check the validity/applicability of promotion pricing (such as KSF). Most likely the TA would have to call Royal to get exact/final pricing on a fare that included promo pricing. Actually because you used a TA you will need to have him get the current price…which as @WAAAYTOOO noted is not a problem and can be done. I always book my own cruises through Royal and call quite frequently after booking to either check or actually get the lower prices. Once I have a cruise booked, I pretty much check almost daily for reductions. I checked yesterday morning and price was same, not sure why I decided to look again last night but that was when I noticed a flash sale had been added so I got the cheaper prices. I call Royal and reprice all the time regardless if the category is sold out or not. I book directly with Royal Caribbean. I repriced our Star class cruise a few months ago and saved almost 1000 dollars, I guarantee that category was sold out. RCIfan1912
Thanks got the replies. We just happen to book this cabin category that we saw when we were on Oasis in August because it looked cool. It's a Central Park view, I forget the actual name, it has a window with a view of central Park. It sold out quickly because we got the last one. Mike n Ky
Checked all 3 2023 cruises...no JS available on the January, April was more than we paid and September was $17 less. RCIfan1912
dustfsu
My parents TA saved them $1000 and got them a little bigger cabin for their January cruise. Like Matt has said before, if you find a good travel agent they will save you $$$ RCIfan1912 and Matt
