mworkman
Has anyone seen C&A discounts on bookings? i've looked at several mocked bookings and no discount is being shown? Has that benefit been removed as well?
rjac
Interesting, just did a mock booking on the Anthem for next July, both junior suite and balcony cabin on deck 10. No C&A discount. Makes you go hmmmm.
marti314
I did the same thing a few weeks back and thought it was just the dates I was picking that were not eligible . I picked a random slow date next December and the C&A discounts show up vs booking without the C&A number typed in. Perhaps more dates are being marked as blackout for discounts? Cez
I did a booking with my TA and didn't get any C&A discount. I've asked her about it and still waiting for an answer
tiny260
Here lately, if you book the BOGO60 you do not get the C&A discount, one or the other, our at least that is what I was told by my TA. Cez

That sounds right. Often the C&A discount is not combinable with other promotions.

WhiteSoxFan
I was just doing some mock bookings and did receive the diamond C & A discounts and the BOGO 60. What I lost was the additional discount. If your C & A benefits do not excee the discount I'm sure they display the cheapest alternative. Cez
@WhiteSoxFan This math doesn't make any sense. How come total is the same when average cost per person (and discounts) are different ?
WhiteSoxFan
I just noticed that. All I did was screen shot it. lol Bottom one shows the difference in the average cost pp but not the total is wrong. Another RCL website screwup. Maybe price will remain
WAAAYTOOO
The difference is $51 which is the difference between the C&A balcony discount ($126) and the "flash sale" discount ($75). Not sure why the different values but that's where the difference is.
Moana
Hi all, hope you can clarify something that is nagging me... My husband and I were onboard the Radiance of the Seas from Sydney to New Zealand. A few days before reaching Auckland, NZ, we booked another cruise to the South Pacific for 12 nights with Next Cruise. So far, we have only paid the deposit. The promotion included Deluxed Beverage Package for 2 and on-board credit of USD200.00 on a spacious balcony cabin. I received a Casino Royal Credit of USD100.00 and have asked the Next Cruise if the credit of USD100 can be applied to my new booking. After several days, I have received an ammended invoice showing the discounted rate (being the applied USD100), the USD200.00 on-board credit, BUT, Royal Carribean has only given one (1) Deluxe Beverage Package to my husband and removed mine. As per Royal Carribean, we can only have one promotion or the other. At the time of the booking, we were not adviced that this was going to happen - Royal Carribean Next Cruise should be more transparent and not change their Terms & Conditions according to their whim. I won't worry too much if I was adviced, as I have the Diamond Status and Prime Casino Royale Status, but it is the principle that I am not happy about. Are they correct? When you booked with NextCruise they should have provided a printed copy of the booking. Somewhere in all those pages it should list what items were bundled in. Did they provide a paper copy? If so, does it mention the items in question?
Moana
Hi there. Yes, the invoice stated that my husband and I are both having the Deluxe Beverage Package. The amended invouce, with the credit from the Casino Royale, only state that my husband has the Deluxe Beverage Package, but not me. They have entirely taken it away from me, because of the credit voucher.

Suggest you contact them and include a copy of your original invoice showing the DP included for two. crownandanchor@rccl.com
