I am a market researcher for another company.  Like previously mentioned that feedback tab is for the website. I manage one for my company's website as well.  I just went and looked at Royal's and the question they are asking is an NPS or Net Promoter Score question.  They say how satisfied are you with the website, but really what it is asking and what they are reporting to the Royal exec's is how likely are you to recommend Royal Caribbean to others, based upon your experience with the website.  
The way the analysis is done on this type of question is if you answer a 9 or 10 you are a Promoter, 6-8 you are Neutral, 0-5 you are a Detractor.  So if you think changes and updates need to be made to the website put a 0-5.  If you think its okay, but don't really need changes put a 6-8. If you think it is amazing put 9 or 10. 
That's how it works anytime you see that scale on a survey for any company by the way.  
As someone who runs surveys and moderates focus groups I can say that there is a group of people in a company who looks at that data and tries to be your advocate within the company.  Now getting the executives to listen to the results of the data we collect and make changes based off it is another story.... 

This really surprises me.  I'm impressed that they are really interested in feedback.  The link probably goes straight to the trash.  Maybe not.  I hope not.

Due to the lack luster itineraries and new ships down under we have booked to go on Harmony next September instead. Excited to try an Oasis class ship.

Singapore should get Ovation we should get Anthem.
Royal need to switch ships around just so we get different shows. Ovation must have been here for 6 years now, and 8 by 2025 as we did the crossing in 2017, too long for one ship.
And on the other end of the spectrum Brilliance only does one season.
I guess there’s a chance one of the ships could be swapped out as happened with Enchantment.

Not offended in the least !  We are very close to being Pinnacle.  Should make it on our 10-13-23 Mariner sailing.  Can't wait !!

Royal used this excuse on a cruise we had booked for Japan that was later cancelled. Given that they plan so many years ahead you would think they would build in dry dock time, especially as it must be planned. You would think they would need to book the space years in advance for the work to occur.
 

I have an issue with the website at the moment where all my sailings currently say "You don't have a balance due" even though I have only paid deposits. Hopefully it will resolve itself in the next 24 hours.
 

Unfortunately not, but we have a crown loft suite so a new class again for us.

Stepping back, it's easy to see that Royal made an excellent decision to hype Icon so high before introducing Utopia.   I keep reading, "...the price [for Utopia] wasn't horrible...".  By putting Icon out there with their absolutely insanely high prices, bringing Utopia out with only moderately insanely high prices makes Utopia seem "reasonable".  Most people don't do a cost-per-day comparison (kudos to those of you that do) so the moderately insane Utopia prices seem reasonable....but many don't stop to think that these Utopia sailings are only 3/7 or 4/7 the length of an Icon sailing.  I do realize that Icon is a completely different product, targeted at a completely different audience....but the price comparison is working in Royal's favor.

We looked at Utopia as it coincided nicely with our Harmony cruise, but the price was just to steep for us. It costs the same price for 4 nights on Utopia as it cost for 8 nights on Harmony, that coupled with the fact it is the same cruise itinerary as our Harmony cruise.
I also compared to Allure which is doing the same cruise and the prices are way out of wack.
We would have liked to try a brand-new ship but $2000NZDpn for a Sky Junior Suite is just too much to justify.
We will probably head off to New York and spend a week there as it has been 10 years since we were last there.
 

Anyone can actually book on Thursday. C&A members get an early heads-up but anyone can go to the site and book once it’s released. And of course so can a TA.
Anyway, yes, just go on and book.

Don't worry it is still too soon. You will shortly receive a generic questionnaire from Royal asking if you had the chance name any 3 people from history, alive or dead, who you would like to have dinner with.
Our genie contacted us directly about 2-3 weeks before sailing.
 

I have only sailed on Anthem, so I have no direct experience with Ovation or any of the other Q class ships.  My comments are going to assume that the 2 ships have the same design for the GLS.
We have stayed in both the center and corner GLS on Anthem and I cannot recommend the corner GLS.
They are much smaller than the center suites.  They are smaller in actual square footage, but more importantly, they feel MUCH smaller due to the geometry of the ship - the corner units cut away much of the open space due to the angle of the ship's hull.
The upstairs, in particular, is waaayyyyy more cramped than the center suites.  You lose an entire dressing/closet area due to the angled sides.  We could not even fit all of our hanging clothes into the one very small closet upstairs in the corner suite.  We had to put some of our hanging clothes in the closet downstairs.  It was very inconvenient.
The corner units do have 3 small exterior balconies (its one and only possible plus), as opposed to the 1 large balcony of the center suites, but we found those other 2 [extra] small balconies to be useless. Those 2 small balconies do NOT make up for the rest of the deficiencies of the corner GLS.
Assuming no other differences between the Ovation and Anthem, I recommend the center GLS on Deck 10.  Deck 8 is much noisier.

I've never seen a captains table dinner except on the Love Boat 🤣
