  1. @mworkman has been doing this for a while but he's lucky and busy cruising. Thought I would post it for him. Happy Sailing to all those cruising this month! 2. I have long suspected that I am part of that group too....
  3. Hyatt Place on 17th St. is usually our go-to hotel when we cruise with our kids. Funny you mentioned "bad experiences" because just a few days ago, I cancelled a booking there for another property as well. Tomorrow's the day! Enjoy ?
  4. I am not aware of tours being complimentary for suite guests. As far as I know, those tours are only complimentary for D+ members and Star Class guests.
  5. I have seen many boys in shorts in the MDR. They are kids, as long as they are not in the PJs, it should be fine. The dining room dress code is quite relaxed these days.
  6. No. Someone asked this on another thread last week. LV out of Miami (if offered) is only for flights out of MIA.
  7. I am leaning more towards this. The Royal Loft showed up as available today. Would love the opportunity to bid on that.
  8. Why didn't I get the email offer??? I think Royal might hate me. lol
  9. Yes. Complimentary for GS and above guests. I don't know about the smaller ships. I have only done LV on Oasis class.
  10. One of the Star Lofts (1718 on OA and AL, and 1722 on HM and SY) looks like a giant CLS. There is a running joke that it is a CLS on steroids. The other one (1720 on OA and AL; 1724 on HM and SY) has a different set up, still 2 floors but layout is different in that it doesn't look almost identical to a CLS. But like @tiny260 said, the size is way bigger.
  11. I have not gone yet, going Star class in March, but from all that I have read and heard, do not book anything. Let your Genie do it. They can get you anytime you would like. Just let them know in the email 1-2 weeks prior to your sailing. As a Type A individual, and after planning many cruises on my own, it is hard to let go. I too have found it strange to barely look at my cruise planner for that sailing. From what I understand, they block off times for Star guests and they can basically squeeze you in whenever, even if availability online is not showing. People even decide the day of and get the times they want.
  12. Putting it in your cart does not lock in your price. Purchasing it locks your price in. It would be the same as any online shopping. When you put something in your cart/bag, someone else can still buy it and it could still run out.
  13. Embassy Suites in Elizabeth, NJ is also very good. There's quite a few of us staying there already for the Anthem GC.
  14. Well there is...ask me how it works out in 30 days ?
  15. Anthem had a shake up in their Cruise Director staff in the last two weeks. Wonder if that could be the hold up?
  16. It's the opposite for me on my July Symphony sailing. All dining packages. No individual restaurant prices.
  17. Nothing for any of my sailings! Disappointing.
  18. Lol. You sound like me a few months ago, I was telling @Matt there would be no way to swing Anthem GC and Symphony in one month. Now I have Anthem, Symphony, and Navigator in July/August 2019. Oops. Aside from the company, it is the itinerary for the Anthem GC that really drew me in. We have never been to Bermuda.
