I'm guessing they didn't. They probably saw the "free" part of the aquarium at the lobby, and then went to Cabbage Beach. Otherwise they entered the premises  without paying which isn't allowed. 

$200 p/p for less than 4 hours in a waterpark seems too much for me.

On Odyssey last summer on Santorini we were escorted from Boleros to the tender and were the first off the ship with the Key. Worth every penny. Took us about 10 minutes or less. 

But not to the "internal" beach on Atlantis, also you can't have access to the bars near the beach either. 

Royal should ditch this unreliable passive RFID tech and opt for active RFID like Princess.

I've used the WOW bands and they don't have nothing to be "wowed" about.

How did you entered the full aquarium and Atlantis beach without paying the $200 day pass? They don't allow this.

I'll take an obstructed view balcony over a virtual balcony every single time (if the price is right).

There used to be different kind of day passes for Atlantis, varying from 80 to 200 dls or more.

You could buy them on the Cruise Planner but it seems that now you can only purchase the 200 dls p/p day pass and only directly on the Atlantis web page.

You can't print luggage tags to your cabin, if you'll be getting different one. 

All your documents, including SAIL PASS would be for wrong cabin? 

You could even be notified while you're at your cabin on the first day.

Virgin Voyages looks interesting to try at least once. And they're matching loyalty status from Diamond and upwards until March 31st, 2023.

As far as I know the British Colonial Hilton doesn't exist anymore. They now have some kind of day pass only for the beach and some loungers.
The Food and drinks are available for purchase but inside the Margaritaville Resort and the pass is for beach access only. There is no pool.

I've read some neutral and some bad reviews from this new "Serenity Beach Day Pass"...

So it went like this: 
"My ex friend is suicidal, so I want you to give me the balcony cabin to ME instead of her please..."

I'm not sure, recently I almost booked an obstructed view cabin by mistake, the only "flag" was a little icon on the deck plan that you had to go to the bottom to se what it meant. It meant obstructed view.

They don't usually share email of CD or other employees except for Concierges or Genies for obvious reasons

If you don't receive the letter just go with the Maître d, and ask him to make your reservations.

SeaPass with RFID would be a better option than carrying around the plastic cup.

It's very possible that Mazatlán will be cancelled, however Cabo San Lucas an Puerto Vallarta aren't affected at all by these events. Btw, it was because of a high up cartel member being arrested, not killed.

I wouldn't take a regional train, they usually are very crowded and take longer to get to the port. Intercity or Freccia Bianca are your best choices.

I just saw this on Oasis, a woman came and reserved more than 10 spots on the deck pool, she didn't even had enough towels and stuff to "claim" them all.

At that price It might be cheaper just to book an inside cabin for them even if they don't use it and have extra keys for them for the suite. 

MALIN+GOETZ has been so far the best toiletries I've had on board. 

I have a question about the Bathroom Amenities.

On JR suite on Odyssey, and GS on Oasis they had 3 MALIN+GOETZ dispensers with shampoo, conditioner and shower gel, also there was a MALIN+GOETZ body lotion.

However I've seen several videos of other ships, like JR suites on Adventure where I can only see the 3 in 1 dispenser. 

This site clearly states that one of the few benefits of staying on a JR suite are the Luxury Bathroom Amenities, so I was wondering what's happening here? Could you ask your cabin attendant for them if you only find the 3 in 1 dispenser if you're staying in a JR Suite?
