Awesome! Maybe your 8 year old will meet my girls at adventure ocean! (They will be 9 and 10 when we cruise, 8 and 10 right now). I am getting more and more excited, since I booked it in november 2022, it feels like I have been waiting forever...

I think many of us have offered the idea of a Lazy River…I even suggested a way to implement, structurally, the idea on Oasis Class ships.
 
However, I have mentioned several times before, of a venue on Oasis Class ships, very reminiscent of 270 on Quantum Class; but that wouldn’t be a new concept. Also have mentioned somewhat similar to the thread starter, on a much grander scale, a mini-Dining Room position below the water line, if one can engineer out or buffer, the vibration & noise, that inherently will befall that area of the ship.

I would love to see a bowling alley.

+1 on the lazy river, that would be so damn fun.  Imagine all the babies that could poop in it to enrage everyone further!!!

It's true. I have a friend onboard who e-mailed me this morning about noro.
She also mentioned that they no longer ask for your sea pass card for ordering anything... just your cabin  number. She said she has witnessed tons of cleaning and that Mamma Mia was cancelled last night (cast illness I assume).

All of a sudden on Day 3 of the May 20 sailing, they are being protective of customers touching bar menus, Windjammer entrance line being enforced, and WJ self service is now roped off so only staff can serve guests one at a time. We heard a rumor about pork tacos causing issues for dozens or hundreds of guests so I assume there's some truth to it. We're vegan so not even sure where they served them.

We just booked for this cruise! I'll be with my husband, three teens (18,16,13) and 8 year old. I. Hoping the 8 year old will find some buddies because I think my big kids will be fine exploring and doing their own thing on the ship.

A facebook posting noted Captain James passed away today due to a heart attack suffered while on board.

MSC is having a bad day....they banned the Youtube channel Cruising with Ben and David from filming video on their ships and the word is spreading. I have my popcorn out.

Maybe you should drop me some hints on pm july 28th so I can check (I will not tell the kids, they will haVe to work) would just be fun to see if they are still there 😅
