If you and the other person will be drinking more then 5 drinks a day each (10 total per day) then its worth it.  If you don't think you'll have that many,  then it's better to just pay per drink.   

As a rideshare driver my advice is to leave the ship early while there is plenty of drivers in that port area. Usually as the morning progresses drivers become less and less and that's what causes surges at any port, airport, stadium. At Port Canaveral the surge usually happens around 9:15 -9:30 if you see the prices surge just close your app for 10 min or so and then recheck prices.

You can't. The activities like trivia won't be in the app and accurate until very close to your sail date and sometimes even update on embarkation day.
You can always try to switch your show reservations once onboard or just use the standby line if you don't like your original reservation day/time.
Don't stress about stuff like trivia, there are different types of trivia run several times everyday from morning until early evening.
You can only do your best to fit in everything you want to do and see but inevitably something may conflict. It won't ruin your cruise though, trust me.

Not every cruise offers 10:30 boarding. Just because many to most do, doesn’t mean yours did.

Oh and entertainment bookings didn't open until somewhere around 25 days out. 

Earliest arrival time varies by ship and by port. 10:30 to 11:30

We sail Allure this Sunday and when we checked in at midnight 11 was the earliest time as well. 

Galveston ran late when we sailed in December.  I wouldn't worry too much; 11 AM is good....

I would want mornings only because I want my room clean and the bed made for the day.  What's the point of making the bed at night right before I get back in it?  

We did the Allure in April.  We took Lyft from the Hotel by the GB Airport to the port.  I prebooked the ride to guarantee my ride and price.  It ended up costing me about $90 for the trip but it was hotel pickup and cruise ship door drop-off.  At that time Uber was not allowed in the port.  When we got off the ship it was Easter Sunday and I was afraid of getting a Lyft, so I booked the Cruise Ship Shuttle.   That was also about $90 for the two of us.   It was not as convenient as the Lyft, but it got us there.
Note:  The day we boarded the ship, we seen people backed up trying to get to their Uber rides because they did not realize they had to walk out of the port area to get their ride.  I was told Uber got approved to enter the port, but I do not know if that has happened yet.

With regard to the suggestion that you order food and put it in your room cooler... DO NOT DO THIS.  The thing in your room is not a fridge and food will go bad,  bacteria will grow and you'll give yourself food poisoning. 

It is not so much the length of the ship that counts it is the beam and the interior volume that make a huge difference.

I doubt they can do that and I would not want to risk it.  I think you are better off paying the final payment before you leave for your cruise, so there is no issue.  

I would probably do it ahead of time.  But if you don't want to do that or need to wait until final payment date for whatever reason, the options are the same from a ship as from land.  However you would normally make the payment will still work.  You just may need phone service or an internet package depending on where and when you want to do it.

There are reports from families where the dependent children reverted to their actual level upon turning 18 and there are reports where children were frozen at their level upon turning 18.
It's Royal Caribbean.  They are not known for being consistent.
Some who have reported their experiences stated they tried to have it adjusted but where denied.  It seems once the decision is made, they won't change the call on the field.  

Did you book your cruise yet or not?  I ask because you mentioned using a travel agent or not.   You can not plan your cruise until it's booked,  but as soon as it is booked you should be able to purchase drink packages and everything else.

The blue customs declaration forms have been gone for 4-5 years now; and not just for cruising, but for air travel as well. 

We were just there yesterday for the first time!  My advice, which I got from a crew member,  don't bring much!  Just the towels from the ship, sun screen,  and your sea pass card.   You don't want to drag a lot around and you don't need it.
