I just checked with Royal's FAQ and I can't find anything on your exact subject/situation.  However, I'm guessing that if you do fire one TA and hire another, just let the new TA handle it for you.  Or if you decide to take care of the remainder of your "hurry-up and wait" period yourself (the time between now and your embarkation), just call Royal and one of the "phone answerers" may or may not be able to help you with that.  That's my guess.

I print out the test result paper and highlight each person's name and the "negative" line - speeds up the process and the check-in person really appreciates this.

No covid test necessary to re-enter Canada.

I'd suggest checking the Tripadvisor site. There's a lot of good information in the reviews for the specific charter/excursion companies.

We also want a tour going to the yukon and hoping the rules ease. We are canadian and admit our gouvernemnt is being ridiculously strict! Will be so much easier when they relax some travel rules.

Decided to chance the whole Canada thing and book the Skagway White Pass Railway along with the return bus ride. The one I chose visits Emerald Lake and the Caribou Crossing Trading Post to see sled dog pups. At this point, Canada still requires the Covid test and signing up on their registration app. I'm not sure what will happen with all that, but I'll get a refund if there are issues. There was a waiting list, and the company opened for registration last week. They also guarantee passage to your next port of call if you miss your ship. Here's hoping Canada drops those regulations!

I am also cruising to Alaska via Seattle on the Ovation of the Seas and not wanting to spend outrageous ship prices

We’re on Radiance 5/27 and I have us booked through Royal for white pass train with motor coach back. It does say we’ll need passports. Hopefully no Covid test needed

The room service menu received an upgrade with new items that didn't exist before.  That's when they introduced the service fee.  Continental breakfast was free before and remains free now.  The new burger is pretty good, as are the chicken wings.  

We had coffee and a couple pastries delivered every morning, and was great. Took time to get ready for breakfast, but still enjoyed coffee on the deck. I gave a couple bucks each time. Every day was a different person also.

I don't see anything but regular coffee on the breakfast menu.
 

It's raining in Johnstown today but we are not flooding again.  Some Johnstown folks will be on next week but hoping not floods.

In case you weren't aware, you can split a 3 device package between 3 people (each using only 1 device at a time) - price is usually lower than 3 individual packages.  Only works if you are ok sharing the same user name/password.
Keep checking back on prices - they change at various times.

I did the morning and I thought that was nice because I could spend the rest of the afternoon walking around Skagway without worrying about the time I need to get back to the train. It wasn't overly foggy. On the day I went, the morning had fairly nice weather (for October in Alaska), whereas the afternoon had rain.

Royal Caribbean has a good mix of ages on its sailings. It rarely skews heavily. Since it's summer, I'm sure there will be college aged children, but it wont be anything resembling spring break either.

This is for residents of the US only.  It will be limited to 4 tests per home.  Beyond that not a lot of information available so these probably will not be useful for travel but who knows till they start shipping.  I will be putting in an order even if it's just to have some on hand that can be used for my own information.
