people rejecting the vaccine because a couple of people have had non fatal reactions

So you can speak for all the people who decided to not take the vaccine.  Are you a psychic and know why these peope are not taking it?
Please stick to the facts.  If you do not know why then do not make blanket statements based on nothing!

People have been led to believe that science can fix anything.  Therefore, if we just let science solve this, life will be good.  The truth is we've never been able to beat a virus in such a short time. It is simply astounding how quickly the drug companies have developed the vaccine. However, the advice to lock down, mask up, etc. is beginning to look less like science and more like the dance of an ancient medicine man

Well said!!  I would add a number 3 and state that we Americans have let the younger generation been trained to stop thinking for themselves, and common sense is extremely un-common.   I do not know how other countries  are but I really think this is true here in the States.

before they can roll out the vaccines, they need the equipment needed to dose the vaccine , PPEs and a way to transport it to remote areas where there are no CVS and Walgreens. Federal government had no plan. Not being political, just stating the fact that we will not be safe until 2022 at the earliest.

Over 4 million Americans have received the shop already!  How is that not rolled out?

  4. It make no sense that they would not cruise till 2022.  If the vaccine works and they claim that by June any American who wants it can have it.  I do not know what any other country is saying but for now I will limit it to the US.  If it does work then why would everything including the cruise lines not be 100% shortly after if not before?

Cruise lines should put their medical advisors n front of the science/medical reporters and not just the travel reporters.

Agreed.  I think by April or May you will see the cruise lines start an advertising campaign talking up there safety and how covid is being taken care of...  Not sure of exactly what but I think we will see something, at least here in the States

  6. That article is so far off.

I don't think you'll see a return to peak profitability in the cruise industry until 2030,” says Ader. “And that's just not a function of demand coming back, because I do think the cruise industry will see people want to go on cruises. But the prices will be a challenge. People aren't going to pay a premium for it right away.”

I do not think prices are much cheaper then any other time I have looked.  I think this Ader guy is just wanting to write something.  True they might be paying for the air filtration systems but by scrappaging / selling older less profitable ships in favor of more energy efficient and more pax per ship means they are off setting that cost.  The price of there stock at this point has nothing to do with any thing.  In fact the lower there stock is when they start sailing again the more people are going to buy it and inject even more $$ in to the companies.

  7. Face mask are such a joke anyway.  They are to appease the masses and not to do anything about the virus,  The size of covid 19 is about 125 nm (0.125 microns).  The typical N95 mask bocks 95%+ of Airborne Particles 0.3 Microns or Larger .  That's 2.4 times the size of the covid virus, and that's an N95.  My guess is the cheap disposable blue masks  are not as good, and cloth masks are even worse that those.  Don't believe me do a 5 min google search and find the truth your self.
