Most I like... No Bora Bora? Thats inhuman. Best stop n that area...! Then I see them doing like others. Most cruises can be had around a 100 a night for plain Jane... This one is over $200 a night starting.
Do other world cruises include all the inclusions that this one does? I've never looked at them before, so I am not sure what is "standard" and what isn't.

Depending on the size of your group, you may want to check out Larry’s Limo. We had a group of 7 and was able to use Larry’s and it was easier than having multiple “Uber’s”.

We only have the two of us, but now I have to check them out!

I got a sea day to replace Nassau on Indy early November. The short Florida cruises don't always have a lot of options for alternate ports.
I'm okay with a sea day. Totally fine with this update.
I hope this is a thing for my 12 November cruise on the Indy. I haven't seen anything yet though.

@Mick gracey Are you asking specifically about sailings that depart from England? Here in the U.S., tea time is not really a thing.
But if there WERE tea time on a ship from the U.S. I would go. I LOVE my high teas. Maybe RCL should have that more often seeing as how "Royal" is in their name

Greetings!
We will be sailing out of Miami in March, and are flying in the day before. What is the best way to get from the airport (probably Ft. Lauderdale, but maybe Miami) to the hotel and then from the hotel to the port (and back a week later)? Is there a service similar to Go Port in Orlando that bundles all of that up? Thanks for your help!

I was thinking that this sounds amazing! Getting to sleep out under the stars on a cruise? I think this is my new cruise goal!

My 2 cents,,,, sorry this happened. I do not know who you spoke with first of all, and this is by no means an excuse by any means. Any discrimination is wrong.
I have had times where on the phone I simply cannot understand the RCL employee there English is so terrible. I actually tell them that I have to call back another time. With that it is possible if they were from a 3rd world type setting which RCL does have that their society has not come around to ours on these matters. AGAIN not excusing this by any means, and I hope that RCL does something for you here.
But that is still an issue by corporate RCL. They need to ensure their call centers hire people who are respectful of their customer base. Some countries have laws or rules that do not mesh with typical American values. But if I were in a customer service role (and I have been), and someone for example, asked to speak to a man because they refused to talk to a woman, I wouldn't be rude and I would accommodate them. It's not about my personal beliefs, but how do I best represent the people that sign my paycheck, and I feel this needs to be made VERY clear to RCL employees.

Do you think the price will drop if they don't get enough interest? Maybe I can convince hubby to book now in order to get money back later (total wishful thinking!)

For my retirement, I will probably do one leg of the cruise. Reality is setting in. Called Hubby and he just held the phone. Maybe I can sell him on one of the legs of the cruise. I retired in 2024. Let me dream.
Same! Only I'm not retiring, we will be having our 20th wedding anniversary. Here is hoping!

You'll have to get boosters several times I'm assuming. Can't even fathom the paperwork for all the visas you'll need!!
It would be nice if they included Visa assistance with the cruise...good call!

Are trains possible to EWR then maybe a shuttle? I ask because I do something similar when I fly to my hometown (take a plane to Philly, public transit to the Amtrak station, Amtrak to my hometown). I have found that despite the changes, it's not difficult and kinda fun.

Does anyone know why there is still a PHE? As more and more people are getting vaccinated, the risk of severe symptoms is declining (at least from what I have read). If people are getting COVID, but aren't getting as sick, aren't we moving more into the "treat it like the flu" phase?

Definitely looks like you will be able to purchase legs of the trip. There are a few that look very intriguing!

That is horrible. The CEO absolutely should be involved in this, as it is his job to ensure the culture of his company is appropriate. I am quite frankly disgusted that you have had to deal with this on multiple occasions.
Does RCL outsource their customer service? I could see this being in part due to different cultures, but again, that is up to the company to resolve for their customers.

Have an idea what you might be looking for before you go. Research pricing. Next doesn't usually offer the perks for refundable bookings or they are greatly reduced but it never hurts to shop them for pricing.
Great idea! I will take a look and see. We already have our next one booked since we had to burn some FCC, but there is always the next next cruise!

I am SOOOO ready finally get on a cruise that isn't cancelled. We received our docs today, and there is a form for booking your next cruise onboard. Is this worth it? Is it more worth it if the cruise is farther out, or soon? Are there any tricks I should know about? Thanks for your help!

@Scooter6251We are now exactly 30 days out and our documents have arrived! They weren't there yesterday (I checked). So for us at least it was exactly 30 days.
