Seems to be GTY cabins that are being overbooked / oversold.  Pick your room when booking and you should be fine unless they convert to a group charter, which can, but rarely happens. 

I have two (hopefully helpful) comments.
1. If you want to arrive early and don't mind standing in line in case they enforce check in time, go for it! Yes, it is annoying to deal with a crowded terminal, but I won't judge you!
2. Even though you missed the 45 day check in, additional check in spots DO open up. I have had luck with this multiple times. I have seen earlier times appear 1 week before departure. Just keep checking the app and you might get lucky. 🙂

I may be wrong here but formal nights seem to coincide with sea days.
That said, there are still come itinerary changes that need to flow through in the Cruise Planner since the addition of Perfect Day to replace Roatan.
Presently they are still offering Mason Jar Brunch on day 2 when we are at Coco Cay.  Generally this is only on sea days as well.

I should have done more research before booking blue lagoon in Nassau. Glad I can save someone else with my terrible experience! We did Pearl Island VIP on a subsequent visit to Nassau and it was very nice. Our only complaint was that it wasn't long enough. 

Definitely not worth the upgrade if your goal is to have a nice swimming area. We did the VIP and the area they placed us in was not suitable to even get in the water. There were large coral-like boulders that prevent you from getting into the water. Some places the rocks are flat enough to walk on and get your feet wet. The surf was very very rough and when you combine that with the rocks, it really was not suitable for swimming. Our guide pointed out an alternate area for swimming as we walked to the VIP area, but you have to descend very steep steps into the water to access it. We did not care for the overall experience at Blue Lagoon as it is very commercialized and we felt like cattle being herded the whole time. That being said, the non-VIP area would be better for swimming.

Hi Everyone! I am trying to print my calendar for my upcoming cruise. In the "old" cruise planner, I could print my week on one page. This would list arrival/departure times for each port as well as start time for excursions and other items on my calendar. I would appreciate any tips on how to do this in the "new" cruise planner. I like to take this with me on the trip to help plan my show bookings and dinner reservations. Thanks! 

Yes! Chacchoben & Blue Lagoon was one of our top excursions ever! We plan to repeat it when we go back.

My family did this and it was wonderful! I went in 2019 so I will tell you what I remember. You can climb some of the ruins, there are many ruins to look at and you are a bit "in the jungle", we saw many monkeys in the trees when we were there. The ride to the ruins was in an airconditioned bus and we got to see a good bit of Costa Maya. The Lagoon Beach was AMAZING! The water was calm, peaceful and just perfect! I am not a snorkeler, so I don't know how the snorkeling is. But, this is a lagoon and not the ocean so it seems like this may not be ideal for snorkeling is that is really your thing. We did have lounge chairs and lunch was provided at the lagoon, but I do not remember what was served. We just fell in love with Costa May through this tour. I think it was a great combination or island tour, ruins, and beach. We have booked the lagoon only version of this tour for our next stop in Costa Maya! We have been on many excursions before and this one is our #2 favorite of all time (#1 is in Costa Rica).

We tried almost every bar on Harmony and were unable to get a BBC.  They said they did not have the banana liquor on board. ☹️

I'm glad things worked as best as could be expected.
Hopefully there aren't big cost differences on those cruise planner purchases she had.

Update- called the TA and they worked with Royal to get booking reinstated (even the same cabin!). All cruise planner purchases were lost,  but most importantly she retained the CWC guarantee. When speaking to travel agent, they asked if they should charge final payment to the card they had on file…🤦‍♀️

Just to be clear though, the cruise planner purchases were refunded right?  Not completely lost?

Travel agent should not have allowed this to happen.  Royal does not auto bill the final payment and the agent should have known that.  If it were me, I would be getting a new agent.

I always recommend that people make their final payment at least 5 business days before the date on the invoice.  This allows time for you to know the payment occurred and that there were no issues.  You never know when you or your TA could have an emergency and in an emergency, you’re probably not thinking about your cruise payment.  In most cases the day it hits your credit card doesn’t matter, unless of course your final payment date coincides with your credit card billing cycle and you’re trying to push your bill off one more cycle.
