i just phoned and asked about a new cruise with a XN category, low and behold it exists 😮 so anyway the good agent repriced and $550 OBC should be applied in 14 days so I will keep you updated 😎👍

BTW - I know they say it will take up to 2 weeks, but often the OBC has been there the same day.

I’ve already successfully done a price drop months ago so have many others from our group it’s just today.!! 
thanks for your input, I’m going try again tomorrow if it’s still lower 😎👍

So I noticed a price drop for our Wonder cruise for June, we booked XN neighbourhood balcony but when I rang that category did not list on the Phone agents system I phoned twice same answer but online I can see, more digging I found out they are removing the cabin category so no one can reprice very convenient🤬  sneaky 

That sounds like that will be quite the anniversary! Congratulations 🎉

So I’ll m trying to sort out final payment but the balance on email confirmation is £2015 but online account  it’s £2210 and they don’t knows which is correct 🤣 hours on the phone and 3 promised calls back and nothing, no one actually cares 🤬 

It’s a mess at RCI I’ve left it in the hands of my credit card company, 10 weeks of lies and more lies for my refunds but still nothing🤬 them on the phones should be fired so many unprofessional people.

We went as a family of 3 for testing we used RC provided testers, my wife and sons came back next day negative mine was like this.. the negative was done at the port 😱 yep I was a bit anxious because it was a 8 hours drive to the port and maybe I could get turned away 

We had the same, anthem b2b October 9th and 15th booked connecting cabins deck six for me and my wife and autistic adult son so it was very important we choose them cabins together like we always do, we got the email day before boarding, first cruise one cabin on deck 13 and son on deck 10 🤷🏼‍♂️🤬 second cruise deck 8 and 7 🤬 could not do anything until we boarded and wow they made it so difficult for us, took them 4 hours until we got two cabins together on deck 11 but still nothing for second cruise.
We had more issues so we left after the first cruise they offered a full refund for the second cruise as a sorry but they went back on that decision and issued a fcc 🤷🏼‍♂️ Still waiting for refunds for tax and drinks etc

I’m still happy to go in November ? not bothered really as the ship is just like new anyways, people need to give their head a wobble if they as asking for money back etc...just cancel and book something else with slides on...??‍♂️ 

@Jason12  Do you have to include the flights with the initial booking or can you phone them up to add flights later?

I gambled and booked our flights to Sydney and return from Singapore for March cruise, I booked a fantastic price in business class Qatar qsuites fully enclosed suite, if things are not back to normal their confidence policy is good? 

Australia RC are terrible at not sending out invoice confirmation 4 bookings and not one confirmation until I phone and ask for one, I’m waiting for FCC I bet it’s just sitting their waiting for me to phone and ask ??‍♂️
