Ummm, so if I'm reading this right I could Lift and Ship my Owner's suite on Empress to an Owner's Suite on an Oasis Class ship? Or will it not be eligible because it already sails in Jan 2021? It was booked quite a while ago.

This is highly under debate. While they are finding traces of RNA after people have "recovered" there's debate as to whether this is actually virus that is active and transmissible. Let's hope not.

With the Royal Caribbean Card it's normal for the OBC to show up shortly prior to sailing. Like others have said, you have to call to have it applied earlier. It had nothing to do with whether they thought the sailing was going to go through or not.
