Ok, now I have to ask - what are savory bites?

A couple of observations ...... the mini-buses, I'm assuming are the famous Pink Buses ---- the bus stop is actually where the PINK DOT is in the photo (almost in the right center of the photo) .... a 5 - 10 minute walk.
NOTE:  This stop is served by the #7 & #8 buses --- Take a #7 (#8 does NOT go to Horseshoe)...
As for the place to buy the tokens/passes ...... Look at the RED DOT in the photo (between the two ships).  It IS right off the ship in a converted container..... very convenient.
Now, for the ferries to both Hamilton, and St. George ---- Look for the PURPLE DOT --- near the right center edge of the photo.  Hope this helps,

We went to Nassau in Oct. 2017 and LOVED it!! We bought tickets to Atlantis on their website. Got off the ship & took a taxi to Atlantis! It was more beautiful & amazing than in the pictures! The slides & lazy river were SO fun and the beach was gorgeous! Our boys (5, 9 & 11 at the time) loved finding giant concha shells EVERYWHERE!! We walked through the aquarium & It was a perfect day! At the end of the day we were the last ones to board the ship around 8pm. Have fun, be smart & enjoy Nassau!

Grandeur in October - asked waiter about them at dinner the first night - he had no clue what I was talking about.
Head waiter came over - she knew about them and promised to have them starting night two.
Every dinner for the rest of the cruise included a basket of at least 15 of the little gems - including the night that we arranged to come at early seating instead of our scheduled late seating.

In the MDR, be sure to tell the waiter that you want fresh-squeezed orange juice. If you just say orange juice, they'll bring the regular stuff made from concentrate. ?
In my case, when I wanted it in the Windjammer on Freedom one morning I was directed to go to the bar there, where the staff had the machine set up.

I'm really into just falling asleep in the tubes on the moving water.  It's not that I wouldn't try an action river, but I can get that here at home (during the summer, and I actually don't because the crowds are fraking ridiculous).  I nearly went to the Westin in Scottsdale in February to hang out in their lazy river for a few days instead of booking my solo Mariner cruise. Then I realized that 1) the pool probably wouldn't be open in Feb there, and 2) it's just not a cruise.

This would truly make the island "Perfect", wouldn't it?  I'm in love with lazy rivers, and haven't been on one for probably 15 years. They are hard to find!

Agreed.  The more authentic the restaurant, the less pushy they tend to be about getting you inside.

RC is a family cruise line. Bring those kids anywhere you want! I have two young children 3 & 5 and only eat in speciality venues with absolutely zero issues. 

Well, after working my way through all the replies on this thread one thing is certain... I'll be having a JR milkshake on Oasis in April. 

I would hazard a guess that it would be standard-ish line wide.  gives me a good idea where to start :)

We've gotten it in Windjammer in the mornings.  There has been someone freshly squeezing it somewhere along the buffet line. 

I used my Starbucks gift cards that I received as gifts while on the Allure of the Seas and Oasis of the Seas.      

Just made a list to be saved for later experimentation from all of these suggestions!

Interesting how something so simple as pizza can generate such keen interest from cruisers. 4 pages worth of comments in just over a month. You'd think someone said you weren't allowed to wear shorts while eating it or something...

I'm not sure that's happened yet.

Then you are left with bite(s) with just bread and sauce.  But I guess that is what dogs are for.  

Unrelated, but this thread is a fantastic example of why when you read cruise reviews and someone writes "the food was terrible" or "the beds were awful" or "Billy was really annoying", you can't hold any of it as gospel.  Food is so subjective, as evidenced by this thread!

Look, it ain't artisanal, I get it.  But when the time comes, and we all know what time I'm talking about, Sorrento's is as good an option 
as there is on the boat!  If I'm looking a little cock-eyed and listing a bit when I walk, I don't want lobster or prime rib - just gimme some za, even Sorrento's.

I've waited for all of the "haters" to have their say and I will take a stab at standing up for Sorrento's pizza !!

I will start out by admitting that I am neither a pizza snob nor a pizza connoisseur but I think the pizza at Sorrento's (at least, on Allure, which is one of the very few times I have tried it) wasn't bad.  I have certainly had better but I have had FAR worse, too.
Admittedly, we got the pizza when it was very fresh (immediately after they opened) and we were enjoying a nice cold beverage across the way in the pub while they were putting up the Christmas tree on Allure in Nov. but we rather enjoyed it.
Not much else to say, really.  When you are really hungry and it is right there waiting for you, it's ok.
I will make myself an even GREATER target by admitting that I also don't mind the hot dogs at the Dog Shack (or whatever it's called).  I love the greasy burgers at Johnny Rocket's too.  So there.

I am picky about good food and I like sorrento's better than johnny rockets. Johnny rockets is terrible. Greasy cold fries and onion rings, Cheap frozen pre-formed patty's with no seasoning, limp greasy undercooked bacon. AND IT COSTS EXTRA! At least sorrento's is free and their sandwiches/stromboli's are good. Carnival has Guy Fieri's Burgers and I have heard from everyone that has tried them how great they are and it's included! Royal Caribbean needs to up their burger/pizza/bar food game.
