Room Tour: 
Surprise! It’s an Ultra Spacious Oceanview. Still roughing it but at least the kids get a bunk. There are only 2 with this configuration on Freedom class ships. The rest are more like the standard JS with the bunks in the walk in closet area. This setup allows for more separation between the living spaces. I found this room about two months ago. It just randomly popped up one day and it was $200 to upgrade from our original 1L. This is a Cat. 1K. It sleeps up to 6. I kept it it a surprise from the kids until 1pm today. They love it! I still desperately miss the decor of the newer ships. And the bathroom is small!  For those of you wondering, the suite snob in me is still struggling.

I just booked the 2020 Allure TA on board RH today -14 night cruise $100/ person deposit. Otherwise it's $450/person.

I hope the government will reopen well before the fourth week in January, as the shutdown causes adverse consequences on your sister and hundreds of thousands of other government workers. Thinking good thoughts that the insurance will not have to be used and, if it does, that it will come through.

Personally, I would not consider that kind of an option.  To be honest, I think it's border-line rude. A simple "no thank you", combined with not making eye contact goes a long way.  You can practice in New York City! ?

To clarify -- the prices listed for dining packages before adding them to your cart already have gratuity included. Drink packages, on the other hand, only show the base per-day rate without any gratuity until after you add them to your cart; when you go to check out, the gratuity is then calculated and the final total for those package purchases is shown before you give your credit card info.
I don't really get why Royal doesn't just show the drink package price with the gratuity tacked on up front like they do for the dining packages. Yes, the price you see before throwing it in your cart will be higher, but at least when you go to check out you won't have that head-scratching moment wondering why the price suddenly jacked up by maybe a hundred dollars, depending on how many packages you bought.

I booked the escape room on the app during lunch in the Windjammer on embarkation day.

Couples spa pass can only be purchased onboard. Go to the spa on embarkation day, and don’t wait long after you board. There are a limited number of passes available and they go pretty quickly.
Escape room is also only bookable on board, afaik. You’ll need to visit Guest Services for that.

It happens once in a while.  I think maybe a front end server can't reach a backend database briefly, such as when the hamsters powering them take a break.

We're cruising January 6, and still no Thermal Couples Passes. Don't know what the problem could be.

It sounds like you have everything, and I mean everything, covered. Your wife will be very pleased. Wishing you a safe and amazing vacation.

To be fair, let me say that my agent will always check my fares when a new sale comes along to see if I will save any money BUT she does not (nor do I expect her to) check daily to see if there has been a random price fluctuation.  It would be virtually impossible for any agent to do that.  There have been many times when I have found a random fair reduction and contacted Michelle.  She has always responded very promptly to let me know how the change would affect my fare.  Sometimes it works out to be a real savings but more often it does not.
So, if you are looking for someone to check every day to see if your fare could possibly be reduced, I think you will be sorely disappointed.  No agent has the time to do that for every client and every cruise.  If, on the other hand, you have an agent who is not responsive, then I say find a new one.  Even travel agents have personal lives !!  ...so it is possible that something in the "real world" can affect an agent's responsiveness but if it is a behavior that is repeated then it's time to find someone new.
Just remember that YOU are your best advocate and NOBODY is going to care more about finding price reductions than YOU.  For some people, saving a little money isn't worth the requirement to track prices every single day (sometimes more than once ?) and then there are those of us who make an obsession out of checking prices and we are a TA's worst nightmare !!

Vintages is definitely included, but depending on the ship's stock and your preferences in wine, you may find that there are very few options that are sold by the glass and fall within the $12 or $13 limit. I'm almost exclusively a red wine drinker; while Freedom's Vintages had a huge menu with a pretty decent selection of my preferred styles of reds around $14 to $17 a glass, along with a couple of what I call "red water" table wine options at the $12 mark, I found that Anthem had a far smaller menu with almost nothing that was offered by the glass, at least in any varietal I cared for. Anthem was very much pushing buying entire bottles, not just at Vintages but also in the dining rooms.

Vintages offers a few glasses of wine that would be included in the Deluxe drink package.  Anything under $12 (Or $13 on Quantum and Oasis class)  will be covered.  If there's a glass you want that is more than that, you can pay the difference in cost.  The bar is also stocked with most of the standard liquors you'll find at any other bar that should be covered under the drink package.

word was heard. He did all his tricks over again, but still not a word.
When they landed, the pilot turned to Morris and said, "By golly, I did
everything I could think of to get you to yell out, but you didn't."

Morris replied, "Well, I was gonna say something when Esther fell out, but
50 dollars is 50 dollars."
