We use to find good deals on duty free liquors but not very often anymore. Most of it we can get just as cheap or cheaper at our local Military Class six store. However, to get a bottle of Blanton's here in NWF requires getting on a waiting list...Never find it just sitting a shelf.

Extra baggage limitations
Psycho and Barb replied to Royal Blue's topic in Royal Caribbean Discussion
We’ve seen a group of bikers bring their Harleys on a cruise and they were off loaded in port so they could ride and loaded back on for the next port. -
Pre-boarding online checkin
Psycho and Barb replied to luvstodans's topic in Royal Caribbean Discussion
I do know that Florida has a database of everyone who has been vaccinated...Barb had to entered everyone her hospital vaccinated into the Florida database. I’d be willing to bet Florida provided that information to the CDC. -
Pre-boarding online checkin

What number are you referring to? Our cards are not numbered but do have the lot number of our vaccine that we got. We’ve been wondering if the CDC shouldn’t of put serial numbers on all the cards. Lots of fake cards available on the internet and with out someone having access to the CDC database...Going to be hard to verify what card is real or not. -

Deck Chair "Parking Meters"
Psycho and Barb replied to stevendom57's topic in Royal Caribbean Discussion
I love to watch the sunrise with a cup of coffee on the pool deck on sea days. I once watched a lady place twenty towels out on twenty prime pool location chairs and leave...I believe she helped herself to the towels at the towel station as they we still neatly flooded. Somehow the towels got removed by someone getting more coffee. The lady and her TWO friends returned just after 11 am. They made three laps around the area looking confused as to where her towels were...She couldn't figure out why people were sitting in her chairs. Sure wished I world of brought the GoPro with me that morning. -

Covid Testing Requirements
Psycho and Barb replied to flipflopper's topic in Royal Caribbean Discussion
So if you've had COVID-19 with 180 days of sailing...You can't sail? -
Doesn't matter how you booked...It only matters that you actually take the cruise. Too bad we don't receive the points for our Covid cancelled cruises...Lol

Free Internet on Older Ships
Psycho and Barb replied to CruisingOz's topic in Royal Caribbean Discussion
We have a deer camp in the woods of Alabama with no cell service or internet. We just recently had HughesNet satellite internet installed for $60 per month for 10GB per month with no hard data limits. 10MG is not much but we don't watch videos or play games...We only use it for test messages, WIFI calling and have one Ring security cam. So far we are very happy with it and haven't had any problems with our limits. -
Fun Post - What's Your Cruise Day Like Drinkwise
Psycho and Barb replied to WannaCruise's topic in Royal Caribbean Discussion
On Sea days...Start the day off with regular free coffee and head upstairs to watch the sunrise. After breakfast...Or sometimes with breakfast a spicy bloody marry or two. After laying out in the sun for a few hours it'll be time for a Mudslide or some other iced drink. Diamond Lounge for a few before dinner and usually two Crown and Cokes at dinner. May have a couple more Crown and Cokes at what ever show we attend. -
First Cruise line to mandate vaccination
Psycho and Barb replied to Mike.s's topic in Royal Caribbean News and Rumors
Not according to our new President Biden and his plan to distribute 100 million vaccine shots in his first 100 days in office. Its a nice goal but I don't believe it to be realistic. -
First Cruise line to mandate vaccination

Got a feeling that will become the industry standard. -
We call it...Royal's Fuzzy Math! We have learned a long time ago to not believe in their so called sales. We constantly check on the items we are interested in from the day we book till we cruise...We learn what the basic price is. If we find it at a lower price, we know if it's a good deal and we buy it. If we find it lower again...We cancel the first one and re-buy. Takes a bit of work on our part to check our cruise planner several times a week but it has payed off in the end.
