I agree , if RCL consider to be an International company they might conclude it for all , the issue I guess it will be problematic to prove it , each country have different documentations ... they solve it for policeman were you have an international police organization which issue international police card (International Police Association - IPA)

I also think the safe number are flight after 12 PM if you are flying from FLL/MIA and you are getting to the same port. If you are getting to Cape Canaveral I will add 1 to 1.5 hours at least.

Even for my Spectrum cruise during October I do not see any combo offers yet , nor all the restaurants (just the Italian one and the steakhouse). Not even the drink packages. I think that they do not want to commit yet for anything. Regarding the slides , the Q class is mainly for colder areas and for the Chines market , maybe its because of that .

Trust them , soon they will start to handout the plates and after they will start to weight them and if your palate will be more than 3 pound they will charge you extra

The best solution will be to put some kind of timer on the chairs like parking meter which will go red if was not reset after 30 minutes ... maybe if it will be digital timer were you will wave your cabin card , after a certain time they can announce the name of the person and tell them to come to collect there stuff from the guest services ?

There are few option : 1. Taxi , but it will be very costly - from EWR airport cost me around 100$ for two people but I think it might be more now. 2. Uber/Lyft , but anyway you will need two cars even with Uber XL (maybe Van is possible). did not tried it. 3. Taxi to NJ Pen station and 15 minutes train to NY Pen station , from there subway (very not comfortable with luggage , you will need to use stairs) or Taxi from Pen station , depends were is the hotel. - I did it once using the train and the subway , the train was perfect , the subway was a different story it was not easy to carry two suitcase between the trains which were packed and the stairs , but the nice things was that many people offered to help us. 4. Taxi to EWR airport and rent a van, drop everyone in the hotel and drop the car in one of the Manhattan , if it is during the weekend (mainly Sunday) its not that bad. 5. If Van is not available maybe a combo , two will drive with all the luggage and the rest will take the train. - I did it many times , took the car in EWR airport and dropped it in the city (also done the opposite side)

It use to be easier , just see the current price , compare it to the price in the order history and re-book . Now I am going to the order history , check the price I booked it , go to another browser , go to shore excursions , find my ship/date to get the list price , reduce 25% (if I can see that this is the common discount) , if what I paid is already the list price -25% I Do not touching it but if I can see it is more than that I am trying to re-book, I think with this new approach I better manager excel with the cruise , excursion and the discount % and the price.

Also for my two cruises , its did not show at all excursions I already booked , even when I tried to modify it , after it asked me if I want to rebook (after it showed conflict) I got error message. so I had to cancel and reboot (saving 40 $ for both of us)

Only two for now Rhapsody in Europe and Spectrum of the seas from China to Japan , hope to add another one soon.

As far as I remember it cost 2 $ per ticket , You get 5 number (1 to 49 or more do not remember). if you got three numbers you get 100$ , 4 1000$ and 5 the big price 1M $ + , the chance by the way, is something like 1/25000000 to get the first price (if the numbers are up to 49).

It happened in the past to my father , he got an email 10 days before the cruise saying he still need to pay a 45 $ for the cruise , it was very strange has he paid everything before. We did some calls but we did not got any good answer , he did not want to risk the cruise so he just paid it.

Depends also on the ship , in Oasis class you can use it also for real fruit shakes in the SPA bar , while most of the rest as I remember are using mixes out of a box. Please mind , you might find the refreshment package around 19.90 in real sail , 26.8 is the regular price in cruise planner, its 30% off the on board list price. Beside the mocktails/Soda you can also get special coffee , bottled water and fresh orange juice at the morning

Backpack for both of us usually with the two bottle of wines and some water bottles . We only need to carry it until 1 PM . yes it can be heavy , but the 2-3 hours is spent in the WJ , drinking something in one of the bars or just seat in the open deck and rest.

For me its both. I love big and new ships but there are places that only smaller ships are going to, for example I was on the Rhapsody for the itinerary (and we will take another cruise with her in few month) , but next year I saw explorer is doing more and less the same itinerary , so for sure I will prefer to take her. I do not think that I Will take the Barcelona , France Italy itinerary on a small cruise ships while I know I can do (And done) the same route on one of the O class

As far as I know all but one ships in RCL are under Bahamas flags so not sure if there will be any impact.

On Rhapsody during a cruise on the same area the Voom was OK , no more than that , I could surf the internet easily, connect to my work VPN which allowed me connect to remote servers without any issues, did not had issue to upload pictures to the blog. but when I tried to periscope the quality was not that good (when I was connected to the cell network it was much better). Regarding the key , another factor which you should take is how many tendering ports you are going to have , the priority for the tendering can help.

Not sure they can even if they want , I guess they have agreements with the shipyard and to find another slot for Oasis will not be easy , maybe they an switch O with A but it will be a mess

For me and I guess many other one of the best things about Sabor was the fresh table made guacamole , last time we were on allure they told us that since some health regulations they are not allow to do so anymore , they still brought us some but it was not really the same , you could feel it was not really fresh and came too fast to be fresh (I guess prepared at the morning and stored). so while I was upset Symphony did not got the Sabor after Allure , I am not that sorry.

Until RC will not officially canceled the 7th or 14th no one will allow him to transfer his Oasis cruise to another (well they will allow but he will lose all the cruise cost beside the taxes). The only other option is to gamble , book (And pay 100%) on the other ship and hope to get refunds if canceled.
