What do I need to show to prove I am Emerald? You need to email MGM rewards program and provide your C&A number and request a match. Sometimes it is a quick process, sometimes it is not. You actually don't have to email them.. I do this every year. All you have to do is go the the rewards desk in Las Vegas at any MGM resort hotel. You tell them you want to status match with your royalcaribbean status.. They then ask for your crown and anchor number to verify. I always just pull up my royal app which has my number and my diamond plus status and they match me in about 2 min. it's very easy. I do it every time at Park MGM. They just need your C&A number and will put you on hold for a few mins while they verify your status. heysi1968 Posted April 26 Report Share Posted April 26 I live here in Vegas and I match my status each february. Just go to the Rewards desk...its usually right next to the casino cage. Ask for a status match and show them your Crown and Anchor number on the app or the website. That's it....they'll print you out a card and away you go. The Gold card is great because it comes with free parking AND free valet. Make sure to use both at any MGM property....parking fees are ridiculous here in town.
