Dione Thomson
I've seen something about a "Mystery Dinner Theater". Does Harmony of the Seas have that? I don't see it on my Cruise Planner to sign up for it.
Ryan79
I was recently on Harmony and there was no such activity during that cruise, nor have I ever heard of such a thing with RC. Where did you see this?
Ampurp85
The mystery dinner experience seems to only be available on Liberty of the seas. It was not an option for Oasis and Quantum class.
WAAAYTOOO
We went to the Mystery Theater Dinner MANY years ago. I haven’t heard about it in years. It was a little campy but we had a good time. As I recall, it was held in the Italian restaurant, which was Portofino’s….long gone. USCG Teacher
michaelp1446
The last one I saw as available to book was on Freedom on a December 2020 cruise that was canceled because of shutdown... Have never seen it return . It was supposed to be held in Giovannis Kitchen on Freedom. WAAAYTOOO

That could easily be left over text that hasn't been removed in years. There are still examples of Covid restrictions on Royal's website that no longer actually exist on the ships. Most cruises don't have Holiday Celebration Dinners (think special Thanksgiving/Christmas/etc meals) either but that text is still there. The Italian-themed restaurants have gotten progressively worse since they got rid of Portofinos. USCG Teacher and Curt From Canada

Yes, we enjoyed Portofinos, especially the sea food skewer and the Caesar salad that was made at your table. USCG Teacher
MaryCS62
I don't mind Jamie's (the lamb chops were delicious), and I actually like Giovanni's, but I do have a soft spot for Portofino's. 10 years ago, my Mom took the family on a cruise for her 80th birthday, and her only caveat is that we all had to eat dinner together. The only exception she made was for DH and I, because that year was also our 25th anniversary, and she said we could do one night of specialty dining on our own. We ended up at Portofino's, and had a wonderful time
