Margaret Posted October 15, 2021 Report Posted October 15, 2021 I see Eastern Caribbean many Countries are a code 4 high covid 19 but do not see many cancelations on this.I have a trip in February and a little panicked on this. Will they cancel trips with Covid 19 being so high in the Eastern Caribbean Quote
AshleyDillo Posted October 15, 2021 Report Posted October 15, 2021 No, they have been sailing to level 4 countries since cruising began again. Canceling for these reasons would be a step backwards. If anything they will send the ship to different ports if needed. CruisingOz and Margaret 2 Quote
twangster Posted October 15, 2021 Report Posted October 15, 2021 Recently when sailing from the US you would have been sailing from a country that the US would classify as level 4 if it rated itself. 27th Lady, HeWhoWaits, ShannonO and 5 others 6 2 Quote

Pattycruise Posted October 15, 2021 Report Posted October 15, 2021 The CDC changed pretty much every country that was a level 3 to a level 4 , with no changes in the Covid numbers when it was done. Personally I believe it was to discourage travel. Neesa 1 Quote
Pattycruise Posted October 15, 2021 Report Posted October 15, 2021 Aruba became a level 4 the week after I was there. Their numbers had been way down and my small town had a higher percentage, as did most of the US. People would be amazed if they followed the stats. Quote
