I have filled out many surveys after going on cruises, but I really didn't think anyone looked at them. Surprisingly, I received a response in email today:

We know our guests want a lot of things and we do our best to incorporate every little or big suggestion. I have added your email to our collection to better assist our future roadmapping team as to what we should work on next.

Having this problem right now

I tried that and it said “you cannot use a previous password. Go figure.

I still had to go through the reset password process, I just entered my old password as my new password.

I was able to reuse the same password I had before after requesting the password reset.

Hate to change my password but if it works, it works. Man Royal has the worst IT department in the history of billion dollar companies ever. 

Had to change my password to gain access-I let my secretary know (my daughter)-she manages my cruises when I have the inevitable issue of trying to use Royals website while sailing and I have  connectivity or other issues. I’d like Royal to note this is my second password change in a year and my secretary doesn’t appreciate this forced change. 🤣

I  had the same issue and just changed my password. Now I'm in and all is well. Hope they fix whatever it is that's not recognizing perfectly valid users though....

I'm having the same issue. I am unable to log into the app (Apple iOS) and also tried the website with no success this morning.
The Android app has been having issues for a few days now. It seems that those issues have spread to other platforms as they try to rectify the problem.

But the 'experts' say cruising will be dead in 10 years 

There is a group on Facebook called Royal Caribbean Moms at Sea: Cruising with Babies, Toddlers, Kids and Teens. I highly suggest joining this group! I feel like they will be more helpful than this board (no offense to this board or those that have traveled with children).
My husband and I were debating on cruising with our 15 month old so I joined this group (we opted not to for now) and I've found so much information!
Also, what ship are you sailing on? I just want to make sure you are aware that babies/children who are not potty trained cannot go into any of the pools on board (even if they wear swim diapers), but can use the splash pad.

Here is my best recommendation, pack a very large suitcase of patience.

We stayed in 1854 on Adventure...the ocean view panoramic suite and loved it. Always had balconies before and didn't miss them at all. Never had issue with the room getting hot with the drapes open all day. Enjoy!

We have this room in about a week!  How was it?!  We have 2 adults, 2 kids.  I'm looking forward to it.  My wife and I had a standard panoramic room on Freedom years ago and loved it, been waiting to get another one.  I figured for the 4 of us this will be better than a standard ocean view or standard panoramic.

April is my check-in month, which is a minor holiday of sorts.
