Actually, I'm a consultant for a company that makes software for software developers and write custom code/do training/consulting on configuration/a whole bunch of really exciting stuff. I'm still fairly young for what I do so my vacation time is a little short so all of the cruises I've taken have been 3-5 days... so it sounds like more than it is.

I know you have mentioned the risotto in the past and I will definitely be getting it on our upcoming cruise.

I think this is reason enough for me to continue to default to using cash while I'm on vacation... worth the peace of mind for me, and I don't typically make large purchases in port. 

What do you think will happen if I go to Labadee and INSIST they make me a Coco Loco, not a Labadoozie?

I started at 36..single and no kids.....and did 10 cruises in the next 3 years......I did 7 in the first 2 years when I really caught the bug and could find some great deals.....
 
But I am not the one Royal makes much money from...I refuse to pay extra on extras on top of taxes and fees and upgrades and perks and gratuities etc.
 
I look for the cheapest/best deal.....buy the drink package(and they don't make any $ off me from that I can assure you) and I enjoy the ship for what it is and the ports but don't spend hundreds or thousands extra on top of the cruise fare like they want and expect!!

Started at 28, took 4 before I hit 31 earlier this year.  Now there's a kid to join us in future sea-going adventures.

The RCI website is about as reliable as a stormtrooper's aim.

No problem with the Red Stripe! As far as art goes, there was one very friendly vendor who had Velvet Elvis in vary sizes and could even do a Velvet Allure of the Seas for you that would look just great over the fireplace mantel!! 

We actually just decided to cancel our excursion and stay on board the ship in Falmouth, and then put those funds towards doing a jet ski tour in Labadee. Feeling really good about that decision, and looking forward to playing some putt putt and (hopefully) trying out the Flowrider without having to deal with huge lines.

I didn't hit hard once I reached the end.... then again, I also stopped about 100 feet short of the end and had to be pulled in.

When you consider sailing the Radiance of the Seas just so you can say that you've sailed all of the ships in the class. 

So I was finally able to get in and I cancelled my Nellie's cabana and rebooked it.  Saved $100!  Thanks @klaconqueso !
