thrill water park is done using your sea pass card, you can get it to work with the wow band as well. Snorkeling im not sure.

i do agree but RC has state so many times they want to give people options to pick what they want, not that i beleive that, they could have also added suite class in some form to the non oasis,quantum and icon classes as cheaper suites have basically just been a larger room. this also seems to not be on every itenerary either. it can also be for anyone even an inside room. i was looking at a bermuda cruise on Indy prior to this and it was 1500 pp for an inside room so asusming two people i might pay 7200 all in to have a genie and all the packages. From what ive read this wont be on star class ships. and also there no mention of how many geneis there would be so i would think it could be like cabanas on coccay...first first serve and then it sells out.

I have been on oasis (2022) wonder (2024) and it was 11-11. these hours are only on Oasis class ships. That being said whether for sky class or star Harmony has always been in my opinion the strictest ship in the fleet.

exactly, its actually worse since it HAS internet now and they are taking it away. for the price difference to a regualr JS it should include it. That being said i still booked the JY on the transatlantic on legend and if i have to buy the wifi its probably about 600 (one person two device) which is still (or was at the time as prcies are now higher five days later) 6,000 cheaper than the grand suite whcih comes with the wifi...makes no sense.

ive been on norweigan but it wasnt for me, i felt the ships had too many people and the prices werent great depsite the free at sea stuff. I do love royal but with their higher prices, i have become pickier on what itenerary and what ship. Im less than happy with the shift to shorter cruises, knowing this is not meant for me, it is removing alot of the capacity of 7 night crusies (or longer) for this purpose while using the best ships. I have found myself leaning to more european as well of late. we did just do celebrity accent for the christmas cruise, it was a great ship and the entrtainment was as good as ive seen despite not having a formal "Broadway" show. Celebrity is more expensive than royal but i feel like the ship standard almost comapres to a suite like experiecne on royal especially with food.

If you are referring to the healthy smoothies you might find on Oasis class in the viatlaity spa, then unfortuanely not. Quantum class doesnt have that venue so the ship doesnt offer it. obvisouly in the cruising culture we all love you can always ask a venue to make you something and maybe they will, as long as they have the ingredients.

My 3/16 on odyssey actually shows 62.99 for diamond and above...

i totally agree, i looked at the grand suite but for 5K more i can just buy the internet for 500-600 but tis the principle. The more absurd thing is that the panorama suite was essentially the same price but was full sky which i guess now means something... unfortuantely someone grabbed it from under me while iw as thinking if iwanted a balcony or not...

yeah....we did the TA on oddysey in 2026 which was nice, i figured if there ever was a time to try an icon ship with minimal kids the TA is probably it, nothing against them i have four but it would be nice to go on a cruise without yours or other ones.

i agree, i was looking at the panoramic but it got sold/held from underneath me, and i wasnt thrilled with the grand suite pricing. The suites are already nearly all sold or on hold and that was after a few hours. i left off that this is for the transatlantic (13 nights) so i put a hold on JS, it still gets me CK and suite lounge, its only the two of us and the difference between the grand and junir suite was much greater than even if i have to buy the internet. I will wait the few days and see if it pops up if not im ok with that but it would be nice if they just had one system for this, its just as stupid that they dont give internet to suites on the older ships.

Just put a hold on a sky junior suite on legend, does that include VOOM, its says its sky class but in the details it doesnt show it as oppossed to other sky class suites.... thanks

we stayed in houston for two nights and arranged a car service to take us to the port.

Odyssey 10/27

for sure, we left the wednesday before the cruise. We also used google flights, atlhtough sometimes those added fees and taxes are not clearly shown and class of tickets can differ (like delta basic to delta main)

we just took odyssey for greek isles out of rome, we flew to rome from NY family of six (all economy) on delta came out to 9500. i was shocked when i booked, i even watched the prices for six months (the prices never dropped below 8500 and went as high as 15,000). were on the TA just my wife and I and this time decided to fly into Milan instead and will train to Civitavechia, its a bit of a train ride but well spend a few days in Milan, point is we got a much better deal into milan. it might be more affordable and a bonus stop to not fly to the city of the port and travel to port city on your own.

dont forget that there will now always be two ships with celebrit ships now joining the party

if you have the deluxe drink package i would not worry about it. The only time i have paid above was for glasses of wine. Anthem is also homeporting in the UK which could have different rules. I do feel they raise per drink allowance recently as well.

i have five cruises booked of the four i can check (odyssey, wonder, liberty, anthem) only liberty showed chops +1 for $99, this is a five night cruise to bermuda out of cape liberty.

to add, Anthem while a nice ship is not known for their specialty dinning options. if you are not going to go places more than once this may affect your decision in purchasing a package or just trying the D+ BOGO. The ship has Chops, wonderland, izumi and jamies italian.

while they have not dropped crusies for fall 2025, Odyssey of the seas is replacing Anthem of the seas in 2024/2025 in NY which summers in the UK. Its been this way for quite some time.

every time i cruise i pack less and less.....on our recent cruise as a family of 6 we took four bags that were 50lb each (had to fly).... (electornics were in a different bag lol)

we did just discover on odyssey that you can use a drink voucher and automatically get 20% off bottles when combined with diamond benefits same....a drink voucher and $4 gets a pitcher of beer which is 5 beers...

we live in NYC, we did the SB to vancouver last summer and got a pretty good deal flying Jet blue direct from vancuver. We stayed the weekend in vancouver after the cruise and took a red eye home sat night. i do recommend vancouver its a beautiful city. you can drive to seattle but depending on where you are going it may or may not be cheaper. also just a recommendation, flying to anchorage is not cheap do not wait to book.
