We will be on 14254 in November.  How's the view from up there?  Did you have issues with more motion?  Personally I love the motion, but the wife gets wheezy pretty easy.  We will be under the sports pool, but I'm hard of hearing anyway so I don't think noise will bother me.

Great view! We did not have any issues with motion, even when we ran through a nasty batch of thunderstorms. We were very close to one of the cantilevered hot tubs and did not hear anything.

You’ll see full-face masks for sale online that incorporate the snorkel into them.  These sound tempting.  Do.  Not.  Buy.  One.

I’m a diver (SCUBA) and have never seen so many people having issues.  4 couples on my boat had brand new full-face masks and every one of them had issues.

The snorkel itself can be connected with the ball valve vent facing front or rear.  All 4 couples had the snorkel on backward.  Meaning: you can be face down and not get air when you expect to.

The mask WILL fog up.  You’re exhaling into the mask instead of directly from your mouth through the snorkel.  This is also unnecessary work breathing-wise.  You have to move more air to get the same result.

Clearing a fogged traditional (eyes and nose) mask is a 1-2 second job.  Just get a little water in it and pop it right back on after tilting it to let the water out.  The full face mask folks were struggling the entire time, with most choosing to swap out for an operator-supplied mask and snorkel.

I'd ban these things if I could.  It's the closest to safety issues I've seen in the water in a long time.  If you do get one, make sure to try it out in a pool first.

Well-tracked data is still scant on these masks, but I wouldn't use one.

Thank you for this information. I was thinking of getting my wife and I these, but after reading, I don't think so.

My kids have been to the waterpark twice, and after the 2nd time, they basically said they don't care to go anymore.  When two ships are at Coco Cay, the lines in the water park get long really quick.  When you only have a certain amount of time in the park, it's terrible to spend half of it waiting in lines.

Supply and demand though I guess.  If they keep selling it out at prices in excess of $100, then they will never lower them.

Just like Disney.. keep raising their prices because people will still come.

I am so disappointed in the prices at Royal Caribbean's Thrill water park.  Almost $150 per person for a water slide park????  We paid less than than for Universal and Disney.  Even parks like Kalahari and Great Wolf lodge aren't even close to that.   I don't mind paying around $50-75 but $150 per person is ridiculous.  We have an upcoming cruise and with those prices, I will probably bypass the Thrill Water Park.  My kids will be so disappointed.

Hmmm....the cost for our cruise in September for all day Thrill Waterpark is at $98/person. Not going to do it this time as we did that last August when we were there.

You actually don't even need to print luggage tags.  The porters have blanks and will fill in your room info that you give them.

We've never gone this route. We always have our tags done and on our luggage when we get to the terminal. With ships heading back to full capacity, it gets really crazy when dropping off luggage.

Don't bring anything valuable with you off the ship or have someone in your party take turns watching the bag.

I bring a waterproof phone holder and keep it and my ID/SeaPass/cash/credit cards with me when I do any water activities off of the ship.

This is what we do as well.
