I can appreciate liking the smaller ships, but no matter the ship size, I've never felt it crowded or felt the staff was overwhelmed with crowds.

That's definitely a form letter. Which is why I noted that sending an email to special needs is rather fruitless. It's what happens on board that matters.

I couldn't find any reason. It's not listed in the Bermuda cruise tax policy that the country publishes.

Maybe there's a higher than average cancellation rate on Bermuda cruises?

Do they? Yes, but you'll get a terrible exchange rate.

I would do this. Since you have all the original docs saying everything was paid, they may be receptive.
