We'll agree to disagree.  The Key prices (at least on all of my sailings) are higher than I'd ever pay for it (I won't pay over $20pp), which negate the Voom advantage.  I hope it works out for ya!

Last we flew was June 2020.   Fly again this month and the restrictions are greater now than a year ago (and we've been jabbed).

The CDC has a lot to learn.  If you ask any Hollywood movie producer they'll you tell that a good scary movie title needs a good evil scary name.  

The Delta variant has been nothing, which is why they're moving onto the Lambda variant.
 
 

I had lunch at Grills yesterday.  That restaurant is right beside Royal's terminal in Port Canaveral.  
They were bringing on batches of new crew.  The crew had the appearance of new crew arriving with their suitcases in tow.  If you have ever seen crew "sign on" at start of contract this is what I saw.   They came in waves of 30 - 40 at a time, then 20 or 30 minutes later another 30 - 40 would appear.  I have no idea how many batches arrived like this, I saw 3 batches of new crew board during my lunch.  
So I am fairly confident she was in port to board new crew starting their contract.  They'll likely quarantine for two weeks and Mariner may pop into port again for another bunch of new crew in the coming weeks.

Both my Nov 2021 on Oasis and my April 2022 on Freedom are $62.  The Nov 2021 cruise did have one sale back in April when I booked it where it was $56.  Never that price again!  Hoping at least the April cruise will see a nice Black Friday sale!

All this means is the CDC can't stay the CSO while they appeal to the USCA. They wanted to keep the CSO in effect until the appeal was heard. Judge Merryday said

It goes by room…reservation number.  You can have one person from each room do the check-in and hopefully, if doing it at the same time, you can all get the same boarding time.  I have 13 rooms (31 people…mostly family) and when we checked in for our “never happened” 2020 cruise it went quite smoothly.   Hoping our now 2022 cruise will work out the same!
