I would book through Air2Sea because no need to pay until final payment of cruise is due and it is fully cancellable (is that even a word??). That gives you a few months to see how things are going. etc. Not sure Air2Sea can book SWA airfares but even those...if you book now (or anytime) you will get full credit (not refund) to use towards another flight within 12 months.

I truly think the rule regarding indoor dining is totally insane...might end up having to dine on my balcony if rules are not relaxed by November! Or perhaps chow down my dinner in one bite????

Many stores have travel size products which should provide enough product to last a week or more. Personally I would not wait to purchase these items. If you were to wait until you arrive in Nassau or even in the airport, you most likely will end up paying a whole lot more!

GOSH...I hope not!! I have a cruise booked for November and absolutely want it to sail!! But...only time will tell. ??

For this particular cruise really not such a bad cost to make it refundable!

Guess the vaccinating of crew members is correct for these short stops! It's definitely a step in the right direction! ? Navigator is on the way out of port now. Freedom is coming in shortly! ?

My November 2021 cruise has the options but my April 2022 does not. I am sure it just has to do with the timing.

Hmmm, Looking at the Port Miami dock report for today and tomorrow and noticed 3 Royal ships are doing a few quickies! Liberty arrives today at 1:30pm and leaves today at 5pm. Tomorrow Navigator arrives at 6a and leaves at Noon and Freedom arrives at Noon and leaves at 5pm. Even Celebrity is doing same thing today with the Equinox! These seem to be much shorter stops than usual...could they be picking up crew members??? I wonder, I wonder...does anyone know?

Sticking with my September 1st guess...but hope it is sooner!!

Pfizer was my vaccine. First shot...nothing at all, felt absolutely fine. Second shot...nothing until later that night. I had aches across my upper back from shoulder to shoulder and also my neck area, also felt extremely tired. This lasted 24 hours and then I was perfectly fine. Happy I got it...definitely worth the pain!!

All of the cruises I have booked show up immediately. I book either online or by calling RC directly. Never have had an issue. I hope yours clears up soon!

One good way to see which ships offer what is to check out some YouTube videos. There is at least one for every ship out there! These are really great if you want to pick the ship first then the itinerary. Always look for the most recent ones!

I still believe cruising will not begin until September (if I remember correctly there was another topic regarding this where we all made our guesses). I truly hope for this timeframe (of course the earlier the better) since so many of us have cruises booked for the latter part of the year! But July seems, sadly, almost a sure NoGo...and August as well. ??

I stumbled upon this blog just yesterday and read through it. Having had toe surgery (cheilectomy [happily avoided an arthrodesis by the skin of my teeth!!]), I truly know the pain...although your surgeries sound much more complex to mine. Anyway, I am happy to hear this latest surgery/recovery is going well! Thank you for sharing.

When we L&S'd our port also changed so yes, the taxes did too. Now that L&S has been cancelled and they are moving us from Navigator to Freedom AND our port is now changed again! So, I will assume the taxes will also change.

yes I am. Actually you are correct I did save a little on that one yesterday. We had another couple deciding whether to join us and once I let him know the price they booked! This is the first time I actually have 4 cruises booked at once and am still trying to keep myself straight, LOL! I am super excited for this particular cruise...never been to Labadee!

Mine have stayed relatively same...although price has gone up for the Navigator (from LA) since it first became available. I am currently waiting for my April 2022 Navigator to be moved over to Freedom and I do see that the current Freedom prices for that cruise are MUCH higher than what we paid back in early 2020 for the 2021 sailing that was L&S to 2022!!

Funny how different areas perceive temperature differently! Being from RI I always notice when I visit my best friend in Arizona (Tucson) how high she keeps the air conditioning and I am still sweltering! She wears a sweatshirt when we walk early in the morning and I wear sleeveless LOL!!! She's been out West over 30 years so there is no more RI blood left in her!!

Hope you find some good ones. My cruise is too far out for anything to show up! I am hopping on the sales for my November 2021 cruise. Wish they would finalize my April 2022 cruise from Nav to Freedom so I can start looking for those sales (although I think it is still too far out even for that!)
