I assume you are talking about emailing RC's C&A and not this message board. Sorry to hear, but I urge you to call the C&A # directly (800-526-9723). I've done this a few dozen time and rarely have to wait more then a minute or two. They are extremely helpful.

I'm going on HOS in a JR Suite. Besides the suite amenities, I was told you get:
Additional C&A points (not sure if double) Suite priority boarding Coastal Kitchen access for Dinner Free Wow bands Might be a few other things, but not significant. Really JR Suite is just a bigger room.

Discounts can get better but the changes are sporadic. As @marti314 mentioned Black Friday will probably see the steepest discounts. I'm taking HOS end of this year and the best discount I've seen so far for the Deluxe is buy 1 get 2nd 50% off (aka 25% off). The price has held for the past 30-45 days ($56). The thing to keep in mind is the discount % is based on the onboard price which in not listed. For my trip I've figured it is around 74.75 (not including gratuity)
The price listed in the planner is person per day and does NOT include the 18% gratuity. Once you add the package to your shopping cart you can see the gratuity amount. Keep in mind once you purchase the package you will be charged immediately. To take advantage of cheaper discounts once you've purchased, you will need to cancel your existing package purchase and then purchase the new discount package. (maybe one day RC will make this easier, but I think they like to float the money to get interest and claim revenue)
Also, be aware that RC does offer some drinks that exceed the Drink Package price limits. For example, see the 2019 drink prices for some of the wines that go over the $13 cap. No worries, in these cases you will just get charged the overage amount (drink + gratuity) to your Sea Pass account.

Not sure, but I looked at some of the Cruise Compass from ships that port at Grand Cayman. Its seems that tendering starts at 7:30am or shortly after. There are some special consideration should you depart after 8am (need to get a ticket). I suggest looking at the Cruise Compass section on this board to find your ship and a recent cruise compass for a better idea. Below is one example from Adventure of the Seas:

They check for the pass at a main entrance, so you won't be able to access the slides and pools to check on the kids without purchasing waterpark access.

I do not believe you can bring on your "normal" luggage (i.e. security scanning). Be sure to check the list of prohibited items on the cruise as this will delay and even require you to go collect your luggage towards the end of the day. If you are good cruise citizen your baggage should be in you room when it become available. Here's a link to the Guest Code of Conduct which include list of prohibited items:

I'd plan on sometime around 1pm. Most people recommend bring a carry-on bag with things to get you through the day. Try to relax and enjoy the day without the anxiety of having to get to your room.

A benefit of sailing the older and smaller ships is that they come with a standard TV and original remote control.  They were never integrated into the ship systems to check your balance, order room service, buy pay per view movies, etc.
On newer ships in some cases you can't even physically get to the connectors on a TV and when you can they are locked out.  The TV's on newer ships are wholly integrated with the ship's technology and that is their sole use case.
In the case of Vision class and Empress the TV's are standalone TV's so I just use my phone with an HDMI adapter to watch my phone on the TV.  On Majesty many cabins still have older displays that don't have HDMI inputs so on her it depends on your cabin type.  Suites and spacious ocean view cabins tend to have newer displays, regular ocean view and interior have old displays.

They will also come with your "Guest Ticket Booklet" (pdf) which should be emailed to you ~45 days before your cruise. I also suggest buying a luggage tag holder such as https://smile.amazon.com/gp/product/B07C672M2C/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o03_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 (~$10 on Amazon). They are a little bit bigger then the paper template, but will protect just fine.

Here is a handy Drink Calculator created by one of our message board members. https://connect.calcapp.net/?app=9tts3#/
Keep in mind this is an estimation tool, so best to be conservative. I found that I was on the board line, but decided to go with the repurchase due to convenience and not having to worry about whether I can have a drink or not. The decision of whether its worth it is more or less like buy car/homeowner insurance, so do the calculator/math to best guide you.
For comparison sake both the the drink package pricing on the Cruise Planner and this calculator do not include the gratuity. If you buy the drink package a separate line item for gratuity will be included in your shopping cart. This should not be an issue as you will get charged the 18% per drink if you buy your drinks without a package.
